About the restaurant
Michelin starred Frog by Adam Handling is a place to really submerge yourself in a theatrical show. You’re facing the kitchen, the chefs come to your table and you are able to really interact with every member of the team. Frog is luxury in an environment where you feel comfortable being whoever you are and where all elements in the restaurant are connected to offer a truly memorable experience.

The 8 course tasting menu was truly awe inspiring. Every course was exceptional and the flavours were exquisite; we were in foodie heaven! The presentation of each plate was a work of art. We sat at the counter by the pass so could watch the chefs in action which was amazing. The front of house staff were meticulous and could not have done more to look after us. The whole experience was out of this world. The brilliant Frog team ensured my birthday was unforgettable and they certainly deserve their Michelin star.

About the restaurant
Fergus Henderson’s original home of “Nose to Tail Eating” opened in a former smokehouse around the corner from Smithfield Market in 1994.

Celebrating the finest of indigenous British produce and making the most of what is seasonally best whilst applying straight forward cooking techniques, St. John is now celebrated as one of the 50 Best Restaurants in the World and in 2009 was awarded its first Michelin Star.

Nose to tail eating means that, where appropriate, every part of the animal should be put to good use in the kitchen and so along with Roast Beef and Lemon Sole, diners will find Rolled Pig’s Spleen, Kidneys and Ox Heart, Liver and Chitterlings as well as the Roast Bone Marrow & Parsley Salad, something of a ‘signature’ dish.

Great experience with excellent food featuring the bits that we don’t usually eat. It fully lived up to its reputation and I’m glad we saved it for our last night in London. It’s very casual and the furthest thing from pretentious one could imagine. From starters to desserts, plus cocktails and available wines to choose from, absolutely an A+.

The light and airy dining room will feature the original Conran chairs with a soft colour palate of muted blues.

About the restaurant
Welcome to Freemasons at Wiswell, where fabulous food is served in an elegant and relaxed rural setting. The inn is located in the 'chocolate box' village of Wiswell, near Clitheroe, in the picturesque Ribble Valley. Since our transformation and reopening in the summer of 2009, we have created a loyal clientele and a genuine home-from-home atmosphere. Flag stone floors, walls in muted heritage colours, antique rugs and furniture, period paintings and prints all unite to create a stylish and comfortable setting. Our bar has an excellent selection of traditional cask conditioned ales from award-winning independent breweries and is complemented by a superb cellar with over 250 wines from around the world. While the surroundings and welcome are inviting, the main reason to visit is, of course, our food. Chef/patron Steven Smith has created a unique and diverse menu that perfectly matches the style and atmosphere, and we will be delighted to welcome you for a true gastronomic experience.

We have dined at the Freemasons on several occasions. As always we have enjoyed amazing food and wine. The servers are very pleasant. However, on this occasion we were very disappointed as we repeatedly needed to check if the food was OK for our daughter in law as she is Lactose intolerant. Both her starter and main course we sent back to be rectified. We informed our server of this on arrival but it appears the message didn't get through to the kitchen Despite this we had a lovely evening.

About the restaurant
When you come to Opheem, you get an insight into the inner workings of my mind. We’re striving to push the boundaries with Indian flavours, but with cooking techniques from all over the world, some traditional, and some very modern. At Opheem, I’ll be using the same paints as I’ve always done, to create a very different picture, on a very, very different canvas. Why? Because to evolve and adapt is what makes us human, and cooking is what sets us apart from the animals.

Welcome to The Crown at Burchetts Green.

At The Crown, our hospitality will be based on exactly these principles - seasoned, I hope, with a pinch of added ambition in the kitchen. And on the floor front-of-house, you will be greeted and looked after by Amber Flint and her team.
