If you are looking for authentic, high quality Argentinian food - look no further. My Uruguayan family was extremely pleased with the level of attention at La Fusta, not to mention the incredible menu. You can't go wrong - the parrillada, milanesa, empanadas, ensalada rusa, pasta, tomates rellenos, sangria, and even the side of bread with chimichurri - everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic and reminded me of my mom and grandma's cooking.
The interior of the restaurant is very rustic, keeping with the original vibe of the restaurant since it opened decades ago. The staff was wonderful - everyone working at the establishment is Argentinian and you can tell their passion for not only their country and cuisine, but also in making sure you have the best experience possible.
It was my aunt's birthday and they surprised us with a homemade flan which is not on their desert menu - it was to die for !! Once again, impecable service and quality.
The only downside - which is not related to the staff or chefs at all - is the location. It is nested right ontop of a busy highway. We got rear ended on the way there and were still able to turn that bad experience around after a fantastic meal at La Fusta. It really cheered us up. Thank you so much to everyone there!!
