The BEST Italian restaurant in the DC market. The service was superb. The meal was out of this world - great 12-hour prepared Ragu, Risotto with Shrimp and Asparagus, Artic Char, and Lamb and Pasta Ribbon.... Just Amazing!! Getting to spend time with Christianne was such a blessing!

We had a good experience. It was very sweet of them to offer complimentary champagne as it was our anniversary. Food and service was very good. My only critique would be that before choosing the restaurant we had checked the menu on the website and it was pretty large and had lots more vegetarian options. When we went there we were disappointed to see a very small and different menu. Please mention or update your website as it misleads the diners. Although the staff was very helpful in suggesting and making veg options for us and we enjoyed them too.

We chose Don Jorge's at the last minute as there were not a lot of choices on a Saturday night. The reviews looked good, so we gave it a try. We are so glad we did! If you like Tex-Mex food, this is the place to go. There was a DJ that also sang and had a surprisingly good voice. The decor is simple yet clean. And the food was great. Everything we tried was perfect including the freshly made salsa. If you are in the mood for Tex-Mex, I would highly recommend Don Jorge's!

Instead of a buffet, our server brought unlimited small plates, from delicious salads, to eggs, avocado toast, tender sirloin, biscuits, and an assortment of desserts. We will definitely return.

We went with a group of 8. Everyone loved the food—it was fantastic! And the service was great. But we didn’t expect so many hookah smokers. If you have breathing problems, you probably won’t want to eat here. Most of us were not bothered by it, but it was definitely a factor for a few people at our table. The smoke was not heavy, and it’s not unpleasant like cigarettes, mostly a fruity smell. Parking was easy. The food portions were huge, and again, very delicious!!!

Have enjoyed this restaurant for years, primarily as a dinner destination. Had lunch with a colleague yesterday and enjoyed it just as much. The menu was focused yet felt like it offered plenty of choices. Four appetizers and five entrees, the latter consisting of two fish dishes, one beef, one chicken, and a vegetarian option. Fresh ingredients were masterfully combined into truly tasty combinations. I had the rainbow trout, which was grilled until the skin was crispy, then finished with a topping of salmon roe. The balance of the plate consisted of grilled Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, bok choy, and onion. It was all quite yummy. Highly recommended!
