LOLA has become our go-to date night, friends out night, family night. It is consistently really good - both food, service and ambience. Love the new art. I just love that the food tastes like nothing else that I eat all week. This place is a GEM in Great Neck.

This neighborhood gem never fails to deliver. While we often order the same favorite dishes, last night we enjoyed selections from a new seasonal menu. The braised cabbage (who would have thought?) was a winner as was the new zucchini appetizer. The Branzino, always a favorite, was served along side a fabulous fennel puree. Another addition to the new menu was Salmon, which we are eager to experience next. Of course, the service continues to be extraordinary. Marissa and Dana are so very welcoming and work to ensure the experience of the diners is to their satisfaction.

First day of their new menu. All of our selections were delicious. We had hummus with truffle mushroom and onion, heirloom zucchini and grilled bronzino. The service was outstanding. We can’t wait to go back.

The food is excellent! It’s very unique, the combination of flavors just pops in your mouth. The 3 deserts they offer are amazing!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Every time I go they have different specials, one more delicious than the last one.

LOLA never disappoints!! the food was amazing!!! we had the baked feta fondue, the artichoke malawach, and majudra for the table. i had the cod which was sensational (and i dont love fish) and my dinner mates had schnitzel (which i had some) and kofte kebab. finish it off with halva parfait, which is my favorite dessert on the planet and what a meal!!! great drinks, staff is super nice....such a gem!

Why I love LOLA these days: The food is excellent and tastes different then everything else we eat all week. Flavors are rich and exotic. The service is also warm and friendly (which it did not used to be many years ago when Lola first opened). Ambiance and lighting are nice. Room can get a little loud when full. But all in all I really like going here.

Apps were top notch. Drinks were good if slow to be delivered. Entrees selection was a bit lacking. Lamb kofta was visually off- putting. Hard to believe they let the dish leave the kitchen looking like it did.

What a wonderful experience. Hadnt been here since pre Covid and it was fabulous as I remembered. Great salad, hummus and an amazing baked Alaska with chocolate ice cream filling for dessert.

Valentines price fixed menu. We’ve been here before and generally like the atmosphere and food. For this price fixed we ordered the beet salad and squash soup appetizers that were very good and flavorful The duck and fois gras pie however was salty and had an overpowering herb (?thyme) flavor that took away from the flavor of the duck and fois gras

Went there for their amazing Valentine’s Day Prix-Fixe dinner. The choices were great—-scallops or a petite filet with broccoli rabe and puréed potatoes (delicious), a branzino dish, and great desserts. Place was busy but organized as usual and not loud. Service is top notch from hostess Marissa to lovely young waitress Laura—-all the staff is great. Still one of my all-time TOP 5 restaurants. You have to go!

The restaurant was very loud. We had to yell to have a conversation. The service was good. The presentation of the food was not what we expected for a restaurant of this price range. What’s worse is the food was mediocre at best. It tasted old and the flavors were disappointing.
