The service in Engawa was amazing and they recommended such great finds. All of our dishes came in a timely manner, one after the other and they were all superb. A burst of flavour with each bite. The sake that was recommended to us was also a perfect pairing to our meal. It looks like the chef has a love for uni and foie gras, which incorporated in a few dishes that trully made it remarkable. Situated in iconic locations around the Middle East, standing in the shadow of the mighty Burj Khalifeh in Dubai, overlooking the Dubai Fountains, in the heart of international hotels such as the St Regis and the Shangrila make this restaurant famous. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt and Bahrain are all hosts to the expansion of this now legendary brand.More
