Very disappointed. Had a party of 7 for a post grad celebration. Waitress was inattentive yet consistently pushing us to the next step, regardless of our readiness. We scheduled this early due to an elderly member of the party and we were the only table in use for most of the evening, so they clearly didn’t need the table. The pasta dishes were well received, but the salmon and the ribeye were over done and the filet mignon and lamb chops were underdone. Had to ask for more water. Not returning.

If I could leave them less than one star I would. I have never in my life had such a bad dining experience. I went with my family for a graduation celebration and my kid brother found hair in his food that came spiraling out of the sausage and was embedded in the sauce of his Rigatoni Nonna .We told the very nice server and they remade the food which took 15 minutes, which was nothing compared to the original 40 or so minutes for our food to come out. We understand the restaurant was busy and the issue is with the managers’ gross mishandling of the situation. The manager came (upon my mother’s request) to the table and was highly rude, contradicting every statement that my mother made and was practically yelling at my mother. We paid the bill of nearly $300 and the manager followed my mom out of the restaurant. We will report them to the Health department and demand a shut down for such a serious health hazard. We will also be contacting the OSHA and FDA because there are likely other hazards in the kitchen.

My wife and I went out for an early Saturday night dinner.... Thought we go early for some a quiet , quick bite. Food, service and price were good. The glass of wine was quite large. Overall a very nice time ,however we were quite surprised the amount of kids ...5 next to us, 2 behind us and 2 more in front plus a chorus behind them. Quite loud vs expectations but a certain thankfulness that those days were behind us!

After hearing so many great things about the food at Louie’s, I was excited to finally get the chance to dine there with my husband. The food was just OK, but the ambiance lacked completely. My husband and I were seated in their side room, curtained off from the rest of the dining room only to have a view of the wait staff station. This would have been fine if I didn’t have hear the waitstaff discuss loudly and obnoxiously discuss their one-night stands and how they “pre-gamed” or began drinking before their shifts. As a POC, this “hidden Greenwich gem” felt a little too local for me. In a pinch, I may consider take out but I’ll never dine inside the restaurant again.

Ate at the bas as we usually do. Santana took care of us. She is delightful- friendly, courteous and attentive- a real gem! Shrimp Adria is my all time favorite with Louie’s great Caesar salad. My husband pasta with vodka sauce and chicken. Overall another great experience at Louie’s.

Friday night date night. The food was amazing as usual. We waited a while for the waiter, he forgot to bring our wine. The wine finally arrive when we were half way through our meal, after a reminder to a bus boy. We didn’t order coffee and dessert because we anticipated another long wait.

The food here was mediocre at best . Someone in our party said that his was too salty , my friend ordered a steak - it was 1/4” and had no flavor . Mine was good but very bland. The waitstaff was standing around waiting for us the leave - it was only 9:45 snd theyre open until 11. Overall I would not recommend this establishment.
