Consistent quality. Nice variety to choose from. Great place for a business lunch or special occasion. It's moderately noisy.
The mussels were amazing. The best I’ve ever had, truly.
Great place for a business lunch. Always have a good experience there.
My husband Birthday and it was an epic date, the food was delicious. It was really cooked to perfection and we will be back shortly.
Sorry guys, been here many times before. Service was great as usual. Food, not so much. Bring back the original bread and dip. New dip is not edible and way too oily. Lamb was undercooked. Salmon and broccoli had way too much oil. Things were perfect before. Changes are not for the better.
Expect service with a Smile. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the wines
Outstanding as always! Moved away 3 years ago and recently moved back. Went expecting the food and service to be the same and it was. Excellent in all ways.
It was a great Father’s Day lunch!
Great except after we completed dinner, the restaurant had to be evacuated due to gas leak.
Our meal was excellent. We ordered the scallop appetizer and it was cooked to perfection. Our main course of pasta was delicious and the wine selection was reasonable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Liked the food presentation, taste, and ambience. The service is outstanding and the people are friendly.
I wrote in my reservation that it was my wife’s birthday and there was no acknowledgment.
Super experience... .We had a party of 15... Patrick(waiter)/staff was great, food was super, atmosphere was awesome. One thing I would say is that when a group comes in such as this, ask about separating the check into individual checks. Also, the website only allows up to 10 people on a reservation. This isn't a bad thing, but being a rookie to making reservation over the internet, I almost missed that my reservation did not get changed to 15 people instead of 10.
Thanks for the great experience.....
Great attention to detail. Very good food. Nice service and management. Lovely bartender.
I've been going to Luciano's for years. It's like an upscale NYC Italian restaurant but in a Kroger shopping center. Food is fantastic, but I would avoid any daily specials unless you're dining late in the evening when they have worked the kinks out.
Kasha’s service is always outstanding!
She is an asset to your restaurant.
Always Love Luciano’s! Food and drinks excellent - best NY strip I’ve had in a long time. Patrick, our waiter, was wonderful.
Salmon is excellent. Could use some new menu items. Need some light Italian dishes.
From the moment we walked though the door, the hostess and staff were friendly and welcoming! Will dine there again!
Overall, just mediocre. My wife and I have now been there on four occasions. The ambiance is great on the weekends, having live music (usually a jazz singer or guitarist). The service is reasonably good but not "great". But what is lacking is the food l which is the really just mediocre at best. And given what they charge for their entrees it is really not a good overall value. I can get better Italian food just about anywhere in the greater Atlanta area for less $$.
Had a steak and lobster...Defentley coming back, food was on spot and hot, great flavors the dish presentación was very excelente, great way to celebrate 7th Aniversary the wife was so impressed. In my book overall A+
My wife and I have eaten at Luciano's for years and why the food has always been top notch, the service has been slowly going down. The atmosphere lends itself to superior food and service. I do not know if it is because of untrained servers or the server themselves but it is disappointing. I really cannot blame the server is they are not properly trained. My opinion is that it is the server and not the training since we have eaten at the restaurant and gotten excellent service in the past. My expectations are not to have a server reach across my food to deliver mixed drinks, to not have to ask a manager for an additional mixed drink, to have my food delivered and removed from the proper side, to bring me a spoon when pasta is ordered, for the server to be more attentive, don't take my bread plate away when I will need it. Service is more than taking an order.
Wonderful service. The food and wine were very good. A good place to have a quiet dinner conversation
Our dinner was alright, but not a “do over”. My husband had a steak which he said was pretty good. I had a chicken pasta dish. The sauce was good but the chicken was tough and lacked flavor. It was almost as if they used a pre-cooked, frozen chicken breast and just cut it up and mixed it in the sauce. It was not worth the money and unfortunately we won’t be back.
It was my birthday dinner with my family and made sure to remind the staff when we arrived and nothing occurred while we were there. They did treat the table next to us for their birthday. I even made a note in the reservations. The sundries tomatoes is in oil presented with the bread makes you think your meal will be delicious. Food is all drowned in butter and most sauces and condiments were flavorless.
A poor attempt of being an Italian restaurant outside the perimeter.
Most likely wouldn’t recommend or return
Great restaurant with excellent service. We have dined at Luciano's a few times and it always exceptional.
Sheila is a great waitress. She helped me with my beer and food selections.
Great foods as always, but the service wasn't to great, we cannot get the drinker water refills
Went there on a Friday night and they had live singers which made it a little loud. It’s in a supermarket parking lot but the inside is well kept. We ordered the calamari and Burrata for appetizers which were both very good. Also had the fettuccine alfredo and the Rigatoni for dinner and they were also very good. We are used to Italian food from Boston’s North End and it’s been difficult to find good Italian food in the area. Though not of the same caliber, this is still some of the best Italian food we have had in Georgia.
Everything was great but to loud to have a conversation.
Luciano's is very nice. It is just a touch on the pricey side but well worth it in quality. Definitely worth the trip for a special night out.
Great lumcheon! Our table was ready when we arrived. Our servers were spot on. Everyone's lunches were cooked to perfection and served hot and in a timely manner. The food itself was delicious. Pirtikns were more than ample, and most of us took some home.
Service was good and the atmosphere is nice for a strip mall restaurant. Had the cacio e pepe as the three-course lunch special and it was absolutely dreadful. It was noodles in a pool of unseasoned melted butter. So disappointing! It was really really bad. Chopped salad was okay—nothing special and I didn’t eat the dessert course. Luciano prices are too high to risk going back. Better places in downtown Duluth and Lawrenceville and Suwanee.
They sat my family and I next to the musician playing a saxophone (i had a reserve). Please create more space between the musician and diners. My In-laws have difficult hearing and it made the experience difficult to enjoy.
food always yummy!!!!!!!!! one of our favorite restaurants
Great ambience on a Friday night.. excellent service and great food!
Luciano’s was the perfect place for a retirement dinner with friends. The food was perfect, as always.
We had a good experience and will definitely recommend the restaurant to our friends. I will say the asparagus that was the vegetable on my plate was terrible. However, the appetizer, salad, and main entree were delicious.
Was seated at a table near the bar where the bartender was doubling as our server. She was overwhelmed. While waiting for my colleague, the bartender spoke to me after about 15 minutes to take my drink order, she brought me my wine and left. 45 more minutes passed and she didn’t return or ask if I wanted anything else (wine refill etc) while I continued to wait for my colleague. Finally flagged down another server who said she felt sorry that no one had returned and once my colleague arrived she took our order once my colleague finally arrived.
My chicken pasta arrived with just the dry noodles (no sauce, no chicken). I flagged down a different server who said wow I see that you have no sauce...she took it back to the kitchen.
The order came back out, half the size of the original order still minus the chicken. I had a few bites and talked to my colleague and after about 20 minutes the bartender asked if I would like a box. My colleague and I still had full plates of food. She boxed the food, we continued to converse.
The bartender brought out the check, the bill was paid in cash.
The folio was returned with the receipt with the all of the cash for the bill still inside plus the change. We alerted her and she was thankful.
We received a free dessert for the trouble.
I love Luciano’s. Tonight was just an off night.
Not sure if I’ll be back for a while though.
