Lucy & the Wolf
The restaurant's interior is completely refurbished, with reclaimed wood and brick walls and a wrap-around zinc bar. And while the simple and sleek look is a draw, it's all about the food.
The food and drinks have an old world charm with a new world twist. There is a definite Spanish flair to many of the dishes.
The intimate 60-seat restaurant is ideal for casual dining and drinks, where plates can be shared and friends found at the bar. From aged classic cocktails to a grilled fruit sangria, as well as craft beer and a well-chosen wine list-it's a well thought out and carefully orchestrated bar.

Lucy and the Wolf has a Great staff, great food and a great atmosphere.
We frequent L&W a couple of times a month for our weekly date night and they never disappoint! Service is always great and food is delicious!
The food was top drawer and so was the service. Lucy & the Wolf is an outstanding small plate destination!
The small plates are just right for two. Excellent food , beverages and food. I will be making this a regular stop.
Always a great experience! Consistently one of Detroit’s best dining experiences.
I am going to become a regular at this fine establishment . The service is great and the selection of small plate dishes is over the top! Try the shrimp😀😀😀👍👍👍😋😋😋
Felt more like upscale bar with some interesting food than a full restaurant. Smaller than expected- on food and space. Server was very gracious and friendly. We’d return, but not for a special occasion. Our daughter said it was very “Boujie”
Took 2 friends from Georgia who had never been there! they loved and wished it was closer to them.
Good food and good drinks! Our waitress Mia was spectacular in her service.
Though an established favorite, noise continues to be an issue.
There are sufficient small plate choices to earn return visits with differing meal options. An enjoyable experience that merits a visit and will doubtless continue to impress and evolve.
Great food and great service....good craft cocktails..
I don’t let me the fact I made reservations and had to wait 30 minutes.. what’s the point ?
Great food, great drinks and a great location.
Lucy & the Wolf never disappoints! We go there 2-4 times a month for our date night. We always like the meal options. Service has always been great! Drinks and beer options are perfect!
Such a great find! Food was amazing here, we enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the cast iron tomatoes
Excellent food. The flavors and food combinations were phenomenal. Good atmosphere.
Got a bunch of the small plates and shared.
This was my second trip to Lucy and the Wolf. The food was great, just like last time. The only down side was the food came out very slowly. Our server was kind and apologetic, so that helped.
Cocktails and food was amazing. Service was great too. Will for sure be going back here!
Great place for food and drinks.
We’ve dined here often and it never disappoints.
Menu rotates often but there are retained classics.
A decent wine selection with local craft beers and locally referenced cocktails, always a delight to eat here!
I have dined here several times with this being the first time I was disappointed with the food and service. If it was my first time dining here I would of thought it was good but based on my past experience I would the evening an C.
Food was unique and delicious. Service was great too. Suggestion for improvement: put real strawberries on the tart.
One of our favorite restaurants in Northville. Love the variety on the menu and the mini donuts are the best!
Absolute delight, as always. Great low key, happy, attentive service.
We have been to Lucy & the Wolf several times. The food is good with many choices. On this occasion the restuarant was quite busy but we were seated quickly with our reservation. However it took a long time for to be waited on. The food we ordered tasted good but every dish was burned. This is not usually the case. We brought it to our servers attention before the last course was served but it was burnt also. She did apologize and didn't charge us for our dessert. We will return and hope this was just an oven issue.
The food is always delicious and the service is always great!
I met 2 of my friends for dinner, our waitress recommended excellent dishes. We had the special of the day, the snap peas. She also suggested the goat cheese dip (yum) the heirloom tomatoes in the cast iron skillet ( delicious) and we had the black bean and quinoa tacos...very tasty. My friends had wine, I had a mixed drink, also recommended by our server, which was very refreshing. We all enjoyed our night out at Lucy and the Wolf!
We had a great time and a great meal. Our server was very helpful and steered us to awesome food and drink choices. I will definitely go back soon.
The small plates where just perfect and the food was terrific. We plan on going back!
Food is always wonderful, and the staff is helpful. Tables are very crowded and uncomfortable if you’re not in a booth. The restaurant should give serious thought to getting rid of those metal chairs.
Casual spot with very good small plates. Over a two-and-a-half-hour social evening three of us tried multiple menu offerings, each of which was thoughtfully prepared and very tasty. I’ve been looking for a really good fish taco from among the meh variety which is almost standard everywhere. I may just have found a standout with several layers of flavor, three different texture layers (crunchy veggies, tender fish, velvety sauce) in a perfect soft shell. Our waitress was excellent. She was vivacious and knowledgeable, checked on us often enough without being intrusive, and kept us updated about our orders. My only disappointment was the “aged” craft negroni. It was more a negroni riff, too heavy and a bit too sweet. It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t cut it as a negroni. They might want to give it a different name.
The potatas bravas, fish tacos, and pinchos murunos were all fantastic. Finishing the meal off with the donuts was a perfect ending as well.
Consistently good food. Great atmosphere
Delicious food! Great service! It was my friends' and my first time here and we were not disappointed. Thank you!
I would highly recommend this restaurant, it was different and it was great to try new dishes that most restaurants do not have. Very creative with tapas.
I will be going back again!!
Creative alternative to bar food in a cool bar setting.
It’s a go to place fo my wife and I and it never disappoints. Love the concept, love the atmosphere, love the service (bar and table) and the food is great.
Excellent food and staff. Highly recommend for gathering with friends or date night!
We were sat at the last table at the end away from everyone else for some reason even though there were several empty tables we walked past.
Anyway the food was disappointing. One of the dishes was burnt, but the server was nice to show the cooks so they could see it and she took it off the bill. Had a few more dishes that did not taste that good.
Also the prices and menu options on the web site did not match the menu, which made it difficult to plan ahead and were higher.
The food was fabulous. The ambiance was great. The last time I went, the waitress I had was better. This waitress seemed disengaged. She didn't seem interested in sharing much about the menu. We had to ask for recommendations. But she did keep my wine glass full.
