The potatas bravas, fish tacos, and pinchos murunos were all fantastic. Finishing the meal off with the donuts was a perfect ending as well.
Consistently good food. Great atmosphere
I would highly recommend this restaurant, it was different and it was great to try new dishes that most restaurants do not have. Very creative with tapas.
I will be going back again!!
Creative alternative to bar food in a cool bar setting.
It’s a go to place fo my wife and I and it never disappoints. Love the concept, love the atmosphere, love the service (bar and table) and the food is great.
Excellent food and staff. Highly recommend for gathering with friends or date night!
We were sat at the last table at the end away from everyone else for some reason even though there were several empty tables we walked past.
Anyway the food was disappointing. One of the dishes was burnt, but the server was nice to show the cooks so they could see it and she took it off the bill. Had a few more dishes that did not taste that good.
Also the prices and menu options on the web site did not match the menu, which made it difficult to plan ahead and were higher.
The food was fabulous. The ambiance was great. The last time I went, the waitress I had was better. This waitress seemed disengaged. She didn't seem interested in sharing much about the menu. We had to ask for recommendations. But she did keep my wine glass full.
Delicious and creative dishes, masterfully crafted. We love the small plate experience. The cauliflower salad, deviled eggs and pork skillet are 3 of our favorites. Plus, Ryan is an AWESOME server.
Love the food, service and ambience
great food- nice variety of small plates. Wolf burger is awesome!
Loved this small plates restaurant. Starting with our cocktail (Funky Donkey) to the recommended 5 small plates, each was fresh and delicious!! The plates were brought out one at a time allowing you to enjoy each on its own. The wait staff was very friendly and informative. Looking forward to our next visit!
Nice afternoon lunch with a small group of friends. Had a great waiter, Kevin, who made a great suggestion for a cocktail. It was not a busy afternoon (rainy Saturday) so we were able to chat a bit without feeling rushed out. Had the romaine salad with quinoa and black beans - was perfect for what I was wanting.
Great meal and excellent cocktails! Waiter was great and very informative about the menu. Will return!!
I've tried nearly everything on the menu and it's all delicious!
As much as they tout themselves as a craft cocktail bar, I was genuinely surprised to discover they could not provide blue cheese stuffed olives for my martini! They didn't even have blue cheese in the kitchen. That was truly disappointing. Also, my friend attempted to order a couple vodka drinks "with no added sugar, sugar rim or simple syrup" and she was served a sweetened drink twice! She kept sending them back. Perhaps it was a new waitress whom wasn't familiar enough with their menu, but the impression she left was that she wasn't apologetic nor did she bother to try to make up for it by offering an unexpected surprise & delight. The service just plain missed the mark for us.
Great food, nice quiet ambiance, but hit or miss perhaps on service and bar offerings.
Great food, perfect for sharing.
Great service, great food, great drinks!
Great service and food!
Exceptional service & interesting menu options. Everything tasted good but you leave smelling like you were sitting by a campfire because of their wood fire grill.
Very good selection of shared plates though a bit on the pricey side for some of the dishes. Could use a better selection of N/A beverages; at a trendy spot like this craft soda's instead of the typical diet cola would be appreciated for those of us that don't drink.
We love this place. Great cocktails, super friendly staff and unique food choices.
Very comfortable experience. I highly suggest the smores with the brown sugar bourbon.
Fun small plates restaurant for date night! The herb biscuits were tasty and the drinks were good!
Always a pleasure, Michele and Wolf are a great combination and make things happen. Wood fired stove and great hosts can’t get much better than that.
Excellent food, unique and flavorful. The greeting was weak and frustrating, they were short on menus? Also, the place is loud, no acoustic panels on the ceilings, hard surfaces everywhere so the sound was loud and chaotic. The food and serving staff were great. To marks, looking forward to going back.
Great small plate options make Lucy & The Wolf unique. We always return for another adventure. The bottle aged manhattans are great.
Great food and cocktails. Consistent small plates menu but seasonal variety too. Only complaint is the lack of seating.
We all loved our dinner at Lucy & the Wolf! Every plate we had was delicious. The doughnuts we had as our dessert we out of this world good! Don't miss them.
We were sat at the first two top of the bar, which meant the host and the phone are right behind you. It was a bit noisy and distracting. Also being sat that close to the bar, meant great service, but no privacy. The food is pretty good and a nice variety!
Really enjoy this restaurant, however, I wish they had more gluten free options.
This was a fun place to try once; I'm not inclined to go back. It was small and worth the experience.
Very nice. Food was great!! Will be back with more friends. Live in Northville & like to support local business
This was our first time at Lucy & the Wolf for just a casual date night and we loved it! Very creative menu, fun to share different plates. The biscuits and honey were amazing! Good drink menu. We will definitely be back.
I don't normally write reviews or comment, but I will make an exception in this instance. First time at L&W and I ordered the mesquite roasted chicken. When it arrived, the dish looked appetizing but the sliced chicken breast could be best described as tough and rubbery. In fact I don't think I've ever had chicken that tasted as bad as that. I also ordered the apple bread pudding, which was decent but not enough to overcome the underwhelming chicken dish. Service was okay, I'm not sure how experienced our waiter was as we had to ask to place a drink order before our dinner order. Overall my first impression was I was underwhelmed by the experience so I don't think I could recommend Lucy and The Wolf to friends despite the cool name.
Lucy & Wolf is a favorite Date Night location for my husband and I. The ambiance, small plates and tasty drinks make for an intimate atmosphere. We have enjoyed most of the food we’ve tried, but have had a few we have not. This was due more to personal preference than preparation-we like to try different foods. I would highly recommend.
Interesting food combinations. Everything was fresh and hot. The server was knowledgeable and attentive, without being intrusive. It's a nice local spot and the menu keeps getting better.
Consistently a good place for a night away.
All small plates were a big hit start to finish.
