L’Unità never disappoints. The food, the service and the ambiance are always excellent.
I recommend all friends to go and enjoy.
Everything was just perfect. Charming Italian restaurant. We were seated at the table by the large front window on a chilly night but because of the heat lamp above us, we were nice and warm. The food was outstanding -- bitter greens salad with endive and apple; two thin crust pizzas, one with wild mushrooms and the other with yellow tomatoes and buffalo cheese. Superb. Excellent Sicilian white wine. For dessert, the best homemade biscotti I've ever tasted. Oh and the service? Impeccable -- our server was Angela and she couldn't have been any better. Wish L'Unita could stay with us a bit longer...
This was a date night before a Mirvish show. Everything about the dinner was great. Many enticing menu choices. Wonderful appetizers which we shared and the pappardelle were done perfectly. Learned about a delightful Prosecco to accompany the meal. Shared a wonderful dessert. Service could not have been better. The maître d'/ownership showed appreciation for our visit. We will definitely return.
Brittany was outstanding. Our night could not have been more perfect. Thank you!
It was very loud and busy.... ‘it’s the season so it’s understandable
Nice cozy restaurant. Staff are friendly but when they are busy not really attentive
Great restaurant all around. Sorry to hear of the closing on Dec 31/19 but am really looking forward to 2.0 in Spring/Summer 2020! Best wishes on the reno!
I would give it another try but was generally disappointed with the food.
Fantastic night out. Great service. Food and atmosphere are exciting.
Good restaurant, but it's no wonder they are closing as there food is good but not what I was expecting from a popular Italian restaurant. And service was not very good, it took 20 minutes to get drinks and the restaurant was not even full.
Wonderful meal with delicious menu options.
Pasta wasn’t salted at all, truffle pasta didn’t seem to have any truffle.
Cocktails took a really long time
It’s a shame L’Unita is closing. This restaurant has been my favourite neighbourhood spot foe the past year. The service, food, and atmosphere will be difficult to replicate.
A very good restautant with excellent pastas and pizza. But to charge $3 for bread and $9 for the restaurant's own bottled sparkling water is a sin. Guests yelling and squealing is also a bit of a trial.
Molisian owned...of course the food is fantastic. Glad that I was able to bring a few friends together and really enjoy dinner....great red wine as well...Aglianico is sometimes difficult to find.
Was considering going to Giulietta but so glad we went here instead. Jamie our server was wonderful and he did a great job of accommodating my requests for my husbands birthday. Nonnas meatballs which were the best meatballs I’ve ever had. Truffle pappardelle and butternut squash agnolotti were to die for.
We’ve eaten at some of the best Italian restaurants In Toronto and this by far one of the best.
I have been here multiple times, and every time I leave more impressed. The staff is professional and attentive, but never in your way. The food is consistently fantastic. And where can I buy those olives?
Memorable experience in Italian cuisine. Food was great, tasty, generous portions and well presented. Service was friendly and unhurried. Wine selection from Italian yummy. Overall, a great experience and well worth it. Certainly to be repeated.
Food is always amazing and the service is excellent
Chef deserves credit plus. Every dish was better than ever before. Congratulations and please don't close!!!!!
We had three meals and one of them was sent back. The lamb chops were very over done but the other meals were delicious
Love this restaurant! Never disappoints. Friendly service and delicious food!
Pricy but it’s worth it - real Italian food, nice atmosphere and excellent service
Everything was good; except the prosciutto pizza we ordered was missing the actual prosciutto. It was dark in the section we were seated so it was hard to see on the surface however the more detail inspection revealed nothing.
Food was great. Place is nice as well. Service we received was horrible. We waited way too long for our food and the waitress sounded very rude and rushed us to place the order. At the end she forgot one of our order that we requested it for take out.
We had excellent and friendly service from all the staff. Our food was delicious and served with the perfect amount of time between courses. We never felt rushed. They knew it was my sister’s birthday and brought out a lovely dessert with a candle. All in all an amazing experience. Will go back soon.
As always, everything was auperb
Always a favourite never disappoints
Food is always amazing and the staff is great
Great food, service, ambiance and value
Was a near-perfect experience from food to service to ambiance, lighting and music levels, and more. Love the 1/2 price wine available on Tuesdays. Will 100% be back.
Always a good time
Always well looked after by David, Michael and Marc
The food was good but not the best Italian! I highly recommend the veal meat balls for an appetizer!
Always great at LUnita!
Amazing food and service
Wed exuded to split some dishes and it was served one after the other. Really appreciated gave us time to savor each one.
The staff was friendly. Food took a while to be served, but it worth the wait. Both the squash agnolotti and the pappardelle al Tartufo were amazing.
Loved the food. We enjoyed; the branzino, lamb and pizza. Everything was delicious.
Our server was very good.
We will return.
The food was excellent and so was the staff I will definitely visit this restaurant again
Delicious as always!!! Great service too.
By far ....one of Toronto’s best restaurants! Anther amazing night......THANK YOU!
