   Great food and service! First class! My wife had the braised rib stuffed ravioli - wow! I olved the veal oso bucco - incredible. The ceasar salad was excellent and not drenched in dressing. Service was excellent - Julia was great!

   We arrived early,they seated us right away. The restaurant nice and clean. Waitress was very nice friendly. Ou food was delicious. We were so full couldn't try there desert, which looked very yummy as well. Definitely coming back to this restaurant..

   Wonderful! In scenic downtown Vancouver BC. Although not on the menu, the chef prepared spaghetti carbonara at our request, and it was the best I've ever had outside Italy. Same for the tiramisu. The portions were very generous. Extremely clean & elegant, and the service was outstanding.

   My daughter booked Lupo for her boyfriends birthday. They came home very upset with the experience. I had recommended Lupo before as I had been there in the past and had a positive experience. I felt bad, so hence I am writing the review The food was very average, It all arrived at the same time, appies and main even thou they requested not, service was terrible, they were rushed out because they wanted to close, as they had booked a later dinner at 845, and they were the only table left. Servers had no personality. Even thou they knew about his birthday they did not do anything special , not even a mention even thou she had let them know in advance. I called the restaurant the next day, spoke to the owner himself , who told me he would get back to me in a few days after he spoke with his staff. Its been 10 days now and no call back. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place. With the high costs to dine out you can find much better Italian restaurants with classier service and much better quality of food . The owner obviously does not care about customer service. I will not be returning and nor will I recommend Lupo in the future.

    Lupo is located in a beautiful old Heritage Home downtown. The service and food is top notch. We found the noise level a bit loud but there was a somewhat larger group next to us so that's hard to control. Our server was excellent, on top of everything. This was our third time at this restaurant and we have a great experience each time.
