Maggiano's - Perimeter
It was ok. Not what I expected
Service was above excellent. Food was wonderful. Take home orders were completely wrong.
Good place for a big group. Appetizers and desserts are best. The main course for our group of 11 was nice but when served not hot anymore
Celebrating my birthday with my family.
Our waiter, Allan, was AMAZING!!!!!
Huge portions and delicious
Yes, always yummy, always good, no matter waht you get.
Everyone’s food was very well cooked. We were a party of 5, one person didn’t get their drink until after having to ask for it 3 times and when it finally did come out, we had been eating our meal for a while. Refills didn't happen without having to ask several times. One person didn’t get their meal until it was pointed out, and then they had to wait. We also had to ask to have appetizer dishes taken away. After giving out the checks and us paying, the waitress then came out and asked if we would want a free pasta or dessert, but we all already have left overs and desserts... Not good service at all.
Not very crowded, but very loud. Music way too loud. Could hardly hear each other. Service not usual. Forgot to bring salad till asked. Drinks ran dry, and again after 1 refill.
Went on Mother’s Day at around 8pm. Our server, Paulena, was amazing. Loved her energy. I felt that the hostess at the front could have been warmer when I asked if my table was ready. At least a smile would have been nice. But I know they were busy that day, so she was probably tired. Overall, great food.
Mothers' Day at Maggiano's is a madhouse, but our server made sure to pay attention to every detail. The shrimp cacio e pepe was a new featured item which I enjoyed. The take-home meals are always a bonus!
Service was so strange. It was like they had no idea what they were doing. Restaurant was run down and in need of repair. Food was good but over priced.
The food is always incredible. This is out go-to place for all special occasions.
The food and service was phenomenal. Such a great way to celebrate Mother’s Day. And by booking a reservation with open table we’re able to avoid a 2-3 hour wait. I was ecstatic.
On Mother's Day they didn't want honor the OpenTable reservation until I escalated to the manager.
Host stand was a disaster on Mother’s Day. Crowded lobby, confused hosts. Had a reservation for 4, waited 20mins standing with 2 kids and had to remind the hosts.
Once seated, had a great server who had far too many large tables with little help for the little things - table busing, drink refills, etc.
Food was solid as usual but they dropped the actual brunch options. We have been going here for years for Mother’s Day. Probably our last year.
We had a great Mother's Day brunch. Service was excellent (the kitchen was a bit slow but that was expected) but our waiter kept us informed and our drinks filled. The manager stopped by our table - we tried 3 "new to us dishes' all of which we loved....
The only disappointment was the chicken piccata, which for us has been excellent in the past, and the was the only not new to us dish we order.
Amazing server, and the food was unbelievable! Definitely a good choice for Mother's Day!
Never fails... excellent service, food, menu selections, wine!
Our evening at Maggiano's started with an over 30 minute wait past our reservation time for a table. We actually arrived about 20 minutes early for our reservation, so we ended up waiting over 50 minutes for the table. There was an extremely, extremely loud wedding celebration in the room next to the waiting and dining areas. The music was almost unbearably loud while waiting for our table, and we could still hear it in the dining room. Our food was great, and the service was okay, for the most part. The waitress had a great personality, and was also waiting on several large tables. We did have a major service mishap when we arrived home and checked our take home meals. My husband did not receive what he ordered (the lasagna), and we were missing the meatball for the spaghetti. My son ordered his spaghetti with marinara and received the meat sauce, instead. So, all in all, our Mother's Day celebration on Saturday evening, was just mediocre. We have been to the Maggiano's in Buckhead many times, and it has always been fabulous, with an excellent ambiance. We will definitely always make the drive to that location from now on, instead of the Perimeter location.
We had great service even though they were very busy. The food was very hot and fresh. Our drinks stayed refilled. Server was very attentive and friendly. We got the take home meals which was a great value and seemed reasonably priced for everything that it included.
Reservations for 7 on Saturday at 2pm. Seated promptly and service was great. My braised beef dish was tasty but I would order with less cheese next time. Tasted the tiramisu and it was yummy!
One of our take home meals was not in the bag when we got home but we also didn't check before leaving. Otherwise great experience and good food.
Although they were very busy, the food and the service were exceptional.
As always, food and staff were great! Favorite Italian spot for sure!
Our server was attentive. We were there to celebrate my son’s graduation, and our server acknowledged and brought my son a complimentary dessert.
Very Happy with service and our waitress. I thought we were going to have eight people but it turned out to be 11 and y’all were able to move us to another table really quickly and that made all the difference in the world. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back
First, the waiter did not introduce himself. We were not sure if he was just the water boy? Then, he did not amply explain the menu to us. However, the most disappointing thing was that our 39th anniversary was not treated with the respect & pomp that it deserved. We were not offered a free dessert or drink. We should have gone to Seasons 52, where they do such things! Needless to say, it will be several years before we think about having dinner at Maggiano's @ Perimeter! It will not be to celebrate a special date- that's for sure!!!
Food tasted bland. Pastas were over cooked. Service was great but kitchen might need to visit the buckhead location to get some training.
Place was cold; food was inconsistent. My wife’s chicken was moist and tasty; my chicken was dry; pasta was dry for both of us; service was good; wine was too expensive by the glass. Either lower the price or get better wines for the price offered. Value is not there.
I ordered the spaghetti with marinara sauce and paid extra for the fetticini alfredo to take home to a 92 year old friend. When I got to her house to give her dinner, the entree I was given was spaghetti with marinara sauce. She was unable to eat it (red sauce too acidic) and of course I had nothing to give her for her dinner. I had promised her fetticini alfredo. Imagine my embarrassment. Not thrilled to have paid more for nothing!! I feel that I was ripped off!! Won't be back!!
Don’t go late it’s like they are closing and it’s chaos
Our server was good
Although the taste of the food was not authentic Italian the ambience was soothing and service was good. The option to take home a second meal with ordering certain plates is convenient.
Excellent service and good food made my daughter’s birthday dinner perfect!
Amazing service with a group of 6 young adults and two adults. Excellent attention to allergies and super fun!
This is the first time that Maggiano's was not up to par!!! Chicken was burned and had no taste. Spaghetti served was dry and sticky and no sauce for it.... not even enough with chicken entree to wet the pasta. Prices had increased and it was not worth what we paid. Server was very good and attentive.
Not busy at all yesterday. Very good meal. Marinara was the best tasting in quite a while.
Our only issue was we found parking difficult. Service and food was wonderful.
As always, the food was great. The service was a little slow but that’s okay. The food more than makes up for it.
While we've been here several times before, it had been a while. During this visit, 3 of the 4 water glasses on our table were dirty. 3 pieces of silverware and one bread plate were also dirty. I can understand the occasional dirty glass - because everyone's human - but this many dirty pieces is really concerning. The server also couldn't find a soup spoon, which seemed weird, so we used oversized spoons instead. How can you not have a soup spoon in the whole restaurant, after looking for 5 min?
The food quality was so-so. The spinach salad was the best, by far, but the lasagna and soup (sans soup spoon) were ok. Given the price point ($38 for two people at lunch, with tip) and experience, there are DEFINITELY better options for Italian in the area.
Good service and food. I liked the Easter family style offering.
