We will now be offering limited tables on our patio along with limited tables inside in the dining room.
Due to our limited tables to maintain a safe and comfortable environment guests will be given a 90 min window from the start of their reservation regardless of tardiness.

Our patio is open based on weather and patio tables are non reservable. When the patio is open all patio tables are available on a first come first serve basis.

Soondubu and kimchi jjigae were ok, but pajon was so disappointing. This restaurant claims to serve Korean food, But I would avoid going to this restaurant, if I want to have Korean food.

We need planned a special meal to celebrate our anniversary and Mandu did not disappoint! Ambience, service and food were excellent - if you love Korean good definitely give this place a go!!! We loved the haemul pajeon (해물파전) for our Appetizer and tried the excellent house-made Ginger Beer…

Delicious and the most authentic Korean food I’ve ever had. Our server was excellent! Giving it 4 stars because DC has an extraordinary food scene and I did have better meals elsewhere. Still a place you should check out!!

The Korean food was mildly flavored compared to other truly Korean restaurants we have frequented. Mandu has a good looking interior with excellent attentive service but the food quality seems like it is aimed at a non-Korean clientele.

Wonderful restaurant. Seafood pancakes I’d definitely get again. I had the seafood stew and my wife had the kimche stew. Loved them both. Happy we went to Mandu!

Disappointing for the price. Bulgogi was good, not great…which it should be for $35. Mandu and even the kimchi were below average. Interior was clean and roomy, but looked tired and in need of paint and a refresh. Music was good, but a bit loud. Overall not bad, but definitely not worth the price.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options. I got the gluten free KFC (double-fried chicken wings, with sweet and spicy soy glaze) and it was absolutely fantastic!

DC lacks good, regular, authentic Korean food. This comes very very close to it and I’m so, so glad Mandu exists. We ordered galbi, pork rib soup, dobokki and soon dubu. It’s on the pricier side but were all tasty. The only thing that surprised me was the high pricing of the soon dubu, which costs $26.

Good prices and some of the dishes were very very tasty. Authentic galbi jim, banchon and soup. Dumplings (Mandu) tasted store-bought and rather dull. Waiter was polite and friendly, but good lord that place is loud! Too many hard surfaces bouncing the sound around. And it wasn’t even full!

We went to Mandu for the first time for DC restaurant week, and both ordered the specials. My partner got the beef, I got the vegetarian. Everything was phenomenal! What a lovely, intimate restaurant space. Thank you for a great dinner!
