My girlfriend and I were there for the first time and it was my girlfriend’s birthday. They sat us in the most romantic corner and every staff member acknowledged her birthday and made her feel special. The food was marvelous. Every dish in the tasting menu was just superb. And the white bean soup was just to die for. Honestly, I would go back just for the soup!

Lived up to its reputation 100%. The wait staff, Jesus, was amazing with his knowledge of all of the dishes and their preparation. The wine pairing was spot on and described to the tea! We loved every minute!

I have been vegan for 7 years now, and this is possibly the best vegan meal I have ever had. I also have a mushroom allergy and the kitchen was able to accommodate my dietary restrictions with no issue. Every dish was amazing and so flavorful. We also did the wine pairing and the wines were fantastic. Our server was incredibly knowledgable about each wine and the service was impeccable. I would come back to San Juan just to eat here again!

Food and service were very good. We were surprised that the ambience did not match the quality of the food. We were seated in the dingy bar area, even though there were tables available in the nicer restaurant area. Prices were very high, reflecting ambition of this restaurant, but it has some work to do to merit these prices. Cuisine shows influence of many cultures and is interesting, a bit heavy-handed and over-salted, but generally delicious. We enjoyed the restaurant overall.

One of the most memorable dinner experiences of my life. Marmalade should be awarded a Michelin star for its incredibly unique and delicious tasting menu and exquisite wine pairing. The space design is beautifully modern, separated into intimate smaller dining spaces. We thoroughly loved every bite and moment. Our server’s knowledge and description of each course and wine was wonderful. Highly recommend not leaving PR without dining at Marmalade.

From start to finish the experience was impeccable. When we walked in we were immediately welcomed by staff. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with spaces created to feel more intimate. Drinks were fun; we loved the sense of humor! Our server was punctual, helpful, and thorough. And the meal was as stunning on the plate as it was flavorful.

We have eaten in wonderful restaurants all over the world and this ranks in the top 5. Highly recommend! We had their famous soup which was phenomenal, paella appetizer was delicious, our intermediate dishes were rigatoni and gnocchi. Both were yummy but I'd recommend the gnocchi. My filet was so tender it melted in my mouth. And for dessert my husband had the chocoL8 and I had the honey crisp apple and almond cake. Just amazing!

From the moment you walk in the door, you are in for a memorable experience. The five course meal with wine pairings was the highlight of our time in San Juan. It was difficult to choose between the selections that were available for each course, but our server Issac would assist in making wonderful recommendations. Honestly I do not think we could make a wrong choice as the courses looked so appealing as they were being served to other tables. The presentation is and follow through is impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

2nd time is a charm! I was here earlier this year and was somewhat disappointed by the entree/menu selections. This time, I enjoyed all courses...and the wine pairing was excellent. The ambience, service and attention are fantastic. I highly recommend for a great gourmet experience !
