   This was start to finish an amazing experience, and hands down our favorite meal in Puerto Rico. The service was wonderful and attentive, and our drinks and food were nothing short of incredible. You get a good amount of food for the money, and we left full and happy! Would definitely dine here again

   This is probably one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. Every time I come to San Juan, I will definitely be visiting. The food, the wine, the staff and the owner are exceptional.

   Had an extraordinary experience. Truffle soup will take you all the way to Paris; scallop ramen will take you to Japan; and the halibut will remind you that you are in the Caribbean. Striking flavors, rich combinations. Highly recommended.

    We chose the 5 course dinner. I guess our pallets are not accustomed with this style of good preparation because every dish was so overwhelmed with sauce and very salty that we did not enjoy a very expensive meal. Probably the worst was the cup of coffee served at the end was COLD. Overall not a good experience

    The food was absolutely amazing. Chefs kiss. I’ve never tasted so much flavor and it was in each dish. Ahi tuna tar tar was my favorite! My boyfriend loved the risotto.

    Marmalade is consistently phenomenal, the type of place that you’ll remember and be telling your friends about for months to come. The truffle white bean soup and truffle rigatoni are the stuff of legend, and as good as any dish you’ll find anywhere on the planet. A++

    Service was excellent. The first three courses blew my mind. They were extremely taste-full. The tenderloin flavor was fine. The tenderness was off-putting for me. It was so tender you didn't know you were eating meat. It was more pasty, like I was eating a potato... The blueberries and bourbon dessert was also fine, nothing remarkable.

    An amazing dining experience! Highly recommend it. Insider tip: The beef tenderloin was our favorite main course and the apple crisp & Almond cake dessert was splendid! One more…the White Navy Bean soup has a velvet smooth texture with just the right balance of seasoning. The night we were there the soup was garnished with sliced scallions & shaved truffles.     This is my second time at Marmalade, and it did not disappoint. For an all-out restaurant experience this is the place! Delicious food, knowledgeable wait staff, allergy accommodations, amazing wine pairings... Too bad I don't have this restaurant in my own home town!

    2nd trip to Marmalade while on vacation in San Juan. After first experience we had very high expectations but even those were exceeded. If going to San Juan don’t miss to treat yourself to the best food experience one can have.

    The best dining experience in my life. I have misfortune that in about last 10 years I can’t digest cooked garlic or onions. Anyone who ever tried to prepare any meal with complexity beyond fried eggs can understand challenge of cooking food for me. Marmalade chef prepared 5 course meal for me that was pure symphony of taste. What added to experience was that I couldn’t order from the menu because of my digestive issues so every meal was prepared on the chef’s discretion and absolute surprise for me. I got emotional on end of my dinner because I realized how much joy I’ve been missing in art of true dining. Thank you Peter.
