Everything you want in a quality restaurant, great food, great atmosphere, great service and a price point consistent with the quality.
Excellent. Always great but the chefs must change days they work. This visit tastier than December visit.
We were seated then waited 15 minutes before a waiter came by. Our drink order was taken and it took another 15 minutes to get a glass of wine and an ice tea. The appetizers both came out ice cold. We let him know 15 minutes later when he came back with our bread. The salad was great the main dishes were amazing. Then we sat again for a long time we were never checked on along with many tables in our area. When our waiter came back he asked if we wanted desert. After desert we sat again I managed to get someone's attention to get a refill on ice tea but ended up with pepsi. The waiter came by and asked if I wanted the bill I let him know I would like my glass of champagne that was included with meal. This was the worst experience I had with Mazaar. The waiter should of been more attentive. Our reservation was at 7:30 we walked out at 10:00 due to the fact that we sat and waited for our waiter. We were sat in a corner booth which was nice until I was blocked in by a high chair. Will not go back
Good as always .................................I don’t have that much to say
My brother’s 40th. 8 people barely any acknowledged out arrive. It took a long while before someone took our dink order and app order. They took my brother’s coat and tossed it on a chair next to the door. They forgot to return my brother’s gifts as we were leaving. Overall the service was not good.
Service was poor.. we felt like an inconvenience. The amount of food was not worth the value. Honestly, even stingy with the rice... although there was nothing wrong with the taste overall not worth a return.
Love MAZAAR Restaurant excellent food & atmosphere!
Everything was excellent except for the Hostess was short with my guest upon arrival.
We ordered the bbq platter and as usual not disappointed. (Always get the beef done medium) which came with a new salad which was delicious . The Purple Haze martini was delicious. The table for 2 is in close proximity of each other, our neighbors were very friendly and fun. All in all a pleasant evening. Our waiter did not hover or rush us which was nice. Thank you again and Merry Christmas.
Firstly, the music was extremely loud and annoying. Music in a restaurant needs to be in the background and soft. Secondly, the plate did not have any vegetables on it. Just some rice, the kafta and some raw onion. Please include a decent serving of vegetables in your plate. The meal is incomplete and unbalanced without it. Also, the service was lacking. We were not given water till we asked for it nor bread. No garlic sauce was served either, till we asked for it. The servers did not have time to devote to the diners and seemed rushed. A truly disappointing experience overall this time.
Would definitely go back, the service and food were amazing and I loved the music being played by someone with a Saxaphone..
The food was very good and our waiter was very efficient and personable.
We really enjoyed our evening. The food was excellent, different and very tasty. Definitely not the run of the mill. Lauren provided us with great service and good suggestions. We will be back.
had reservations, no wait. greeted with a smile. Waitress was superb. Food was delicious. What more could I ask for....definitely will be back
It's always a treat eating at Mazaar's. The food tastes so fresh....and the oven baked pitas, oh so delicious!!
Food was great, as always. Service was quick. Waiter could have smiled once when interacting with our group. Didn’t acknowledge us when we left, even after leaving a 20% tip. Staff downtown much nicer.
Last time we went we had an excellent experience but this time just wasn’t the same.
We really enjoyed our visit on Saturday evening. Our waitress was excellent! Good times.
Ordered the chefs platter ... we had a party of 6 and the serving size was the same as a party of 4.
You pay per person for the platter. We have ordered this exact same meal atleast 10 times at there other location but obviously there was only 4 of us. Huge disappointment as we brought new friends out for the first time to one of our favorite restaurants and it was not up to its normal standards. Server was non existent which as well is not normal practice but this experience was.
Mazaar is a go to for our family. We brought our mother there when she was on a visit and they took the time to make her gluten free pita. She was very impressed by that. The south location is much smaller than down town and is quieter which is nice. Service was fast and friendly. We will go back for sure.
Excellent and good time for all. Good food and time.
service was great, restaurant was clean. Everything was good until the platter came out, meat was overcooked. We ordered Medium rare and beef was well. to high a price for poor quality food. No children's menu.
The service was excellent. The food was hot, attractively plated and delicious. Bread and water refills were well timed and generous. Special requests were met without any issues. Always enjoy coming here, as we did for our daughters baby shower. I recommend Mazaars regularly!
Excellent food and service!
great food, excellent service, good atmosphere, all around excellent place to go
Mazaar only cooks steak rare, medium or well done. Strange for a place where steak is a staple.
It was excellent food and service and because we had to wait maybe 10 minutes and we had a reservation they gave our whole table a round of drinks... I thought that was exceptional service
Will go back real soon
I wnet with my husband for a night out. We enjoyed the experience, the falafel was delicious and my salmon too. Good food, nice ambience, we plan to come back to try the rest of the menu.
Not value for money ,service wasn't good ,friendly at all.Even our each on trays missing garlic sauce or piece of broccoli. Even on booking through website I didn't get my $20 voucher or nothing. Food Was Dry And tastless. It was not we were expected.
We had a nice dinner food was fantastic but the service was a little inconsistent very helpful and fast but didn’t visit the table much to see how we were doin could have been because the restaurant was busy but she had a Great attitude and very friendly. I Would definitely recommend
We were a party of 8 and had reservations for 7:30. When we arrived we were seated right away. The food was delicious as always and the service was great!
As always, Mazaar's food was amazing. Very tasty traditional Lebanese food and so many items to choose from.
The reason for the value rating is because the server needs to advise the diners about the value of ordering your platters which gives an all included apps salad chicken veggies beef etc.
Food and service was excellent. However they were unable to accommodate us sitting in a booth. We were sat in the back at a very small table and it was extremely noisy. Had much better experiences at the downtown locations.
From the moment we walked in the door till we left we were happy with our experience. The only downfall was OpenTable has the wrong menu on their website for this restaurant, whether it is out dated or from another place. Regardless the menu options at Mazzar South were diverse and the taste was amazing!
Birthday and the cake
My friends and I went to Mazaar's for dinner. The service was amazing. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! We didn't have to wait long for our appetizers and main dishes. It was a great evening, and we will definitely come back!
I love Lebanese food and this was certainly among the best I've had. The hummus was the best I have ever had and the pita were delicious little clouds of perfection and the pureed lentil soup was nothing short of fabulous. I have visited twice and the first time had the spicy fish and that was fabulous and the second time had spicy chicken and that was very good as well. I highly recommend this restaurant, it was somewhat pricey but VERY VERY WORTH THE PRICE!!!!! The decor is lovely and warm and the wait staff were quick, knowledgeable and polite.
Great meal and fantastic service for birthday
Drive from out of town was worth it
Loved the nice touch of free birthday desert
Thank you for a great evening
We will be back
We did not get what we ordered for lunch but I didn’t complain as it looked good anyways.
