The head chef was such a pleasure. Listened into conversations so he could add to them when needed. Was very friendly. The tuna and uni, in particular, were phenomenal. Mackerel was great, but not on par with the rest of the fish. Cooked dishes were perfectly balance. Rice had wonderful hold while still maintaining good separation between the grains. Service staff was so attentive. Noisy conversation took away from the intimacy of the counter, but that’s to be expected in Miami, I think. Overall, a beautiful experience I would absolutely do again!
