As the first East Coast location of Vancouver based ABURI Restaurants, Miku Toronto is proud to bring Aburi cuisine to Toronto's waterfront.

We specialize in innovative Aburi Sushi and seafood. Combining traditional Japanese techniques and flavours with fresh, local ingredients, our highly skilled chefs pair each morsel of sushi with a unique house made sauce in order to bring out the rich flavour profile of the fish, and then seal the flavours with a binchotan (oak charcoal)- accompanied flame sear. The result is the secret to Miku's success: sushi with a smoky aroma, umami flavour, and decadent, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

We also offer a variety of seafood entrées, appetizers, as well as seafood platters.

Our menu is best paired with our extensive sake, wine, and cocktail selection.

    Very interesting and very good sushi. Our waitress carefully and patiently explained each dish and helped with recommendations. The bar menu is ridiculously expensive however. 5 oz glass of wine for $19! The music was not in keeping with the type of restaurant and thankfully we were a little out of the way of the speakers. Would definitely go back but Miku in Vancouver is a far superior location.

    Love this restaurant for sure but I always feel deaf when I leave. The acoustics are harsh especially if there are lots of people. Still recommend this place tho

    Our dinner before our concert was amazing. Absolutely everything was perfection from start to finish. We will definitely be back again. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had and our crew was happy with their beverages, the choices on the menu, the desserts and more. Thank you for having us.

    Absolutely one of the best sushi restaurants in Toronto. If you're looking for high-cuisine Sushi, this is it. The environment is modern-chic, just loud enough and the service is top-notch. I will be returning.

    Miku never disappoints. Very good sushi variations with their signature ones, which are highly recommended to try. Big fan of Aburi Oshi sushi and their miso soup.

    Miku is an amazing place for sushi. I’ve never tried the cooked items but I’m sure they’re great as well. This restaurant is expensive but good for special occasions.

    My wife and I celebrated our 21st year anniversary there. Staff made it special for us, giving us a more private dining corner despite the busy crowd that day. The complimentary dessert was a great touch. Food and drink recommendations by the staff were spot-on. Best decision to dine there!!

    Not the best experience we had with Miku. My husband’s cup was tape water, my was sparkling water. One of the waitresses was trying to refill our cups, I told him twice that my husband have tape water in his cup. He still pour sparkling water in there, the moment the sparkling water was in there I said NO, and he finally understood that he need to bring tape water over to refill my husband’s cup. For the price we are paying, you can do better than this.

    Beautifully presented upscale Japanese food. NOT just your average sushi. Attentive service and delicious mains. A bit expensive but it’s in the tourist district so to be expected.

    Amazing food, and even better service experience. I cannot speak highly enough about the restaurant. Had to wait for about 10 mins for our table despite having a reservation, but was a great experience and worth the wait.

    The ambiance was classy while the customer service was helpful and friendly. I'd go again. Savanah, our waitress was very knowledgable and explained the menu to us so we could decide what we wanted to try. I'd go again.

    Probably one of the best meals of my life. But also one of the most expensive meals too. Still very worth it if you can afford it. The Sakura Kaiseki dessert will be in my dreams for a while.
