As the first East Coast location of Vancouver based ABURI Restaurants, Miku Toronto is proud to bring Aburi cuisine to Toronto's waterfront.

We specialize in innovative Aburi Sushi and seafood. Combining traditional Japanese techniques and flavours with fresh, local ingredients, our highly skilled chefs pair each morsel of sushi with a unique house made sauce in order to bring out the rich flavour profile of the fish, and then seal the flavours with a binchotan (oak charcoal)- accompanied flame sear. The result is the secret to Miku's success: sushi with a smoky aroma, umami flavour, and decadent, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

We also offer a variety of seafood entrées, appetizers, as well as seafood platters.

Our menu is best paired with our extensive sake, wine, and cocktail selection.

    One of the best experiences I’ve had dining in a restaurant. Louise who took care of us is one of the best servers that I have ever encountered. Her knowledge is impeccable. We would definitely come back for the food and her service.

    Wow, this restaurant was outstanding. The food is out of this world in creativity, flavour , variety and freshness. Had the Sashimi Chefs platter, Oahu salmon and mackerel, and Brussels sprouts. Yum! Yum!Yum!! Be prepared for the higher price but really worth it!!

    Not my first time and usually we get our food and drink quite quick. But this time around it took us 15-20 min to order drinks, another 15min to get them and then we got our food, which was as good as always

    We always enjoy visiting this restaurant. The service is great and the staff are amazing. The are very attractive and knowledgeable when asked for wine suggestions. We try to dine there at least once a month. We love dining at Miku.

    The sushi was unique and delicious. The seared salmon was amazing. The cocktails were great. Green tea opera was beautiful in presentation and taste. It was a desert Yum. It was pricey but worth it.

    The food was excellent. Me and my husband really enjoyed the food and ambiance. It’s a very nice place. The service and our waitress was excellent. It was our anniversary and they gave us a dessert on the house which was really nice of them!! Definitely recommend going!!!

    Highly recommend Miku. The ambiance is amazing. Very modern and trendy. The patio was amazing to enjoy the summer evening. Our waiter Louise was top notch. Their attention to detail and service is number 1.

    I didn't think the value of what was served was fair, for the amount that was charged. a few pieces of sushi for two adults and one child, $500. I thought it was too much.

    My fiance and I went here last minute and we couldn't be happier that we did. This was some of the best food I've ever had in my life. The wagyu carpaccio is a MUST and so is the Miku roll. The drinks were perfect as well.

    We had the best experience at Miku! The fish was so fresh and prepared beautifully. We also had the best waiter, his name was Haen. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about sushi and the Miku menu. He made suggestions and recommendations for different appetizers and sushi that we absolutely loved. Miku also has a pastry chef who made beautiful desserts. One of the desserts was amazing with elderflower in it. It was truly a magical night.

    Food was amazing. Had the Miku Select. Service was very slow. Our waiter disappeared for a very long time. Had to ask for the bill and boxes for leftovers. What should have been a one hour lunch turned into 2 hours. This is the second time I have been here. Food always incredible. Service sub par both times. Not sure I would go back.

    The taste and quality of every dish we ordered was amazing. We had Crispy Brussels Sprouts with seared pork belly, melt-in-your-mouth Ebi Oshi Sushi, and savoured each bite of the specialty rolls. The Miku Roll being our favourite of all.
