   Food was delicious. I went with a party of three and everyone was extremely satisfied. I got the whole fried flounder. The entree and both sides were outstanding. The guy serving us was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be a repeat diner.

   Made a reservation for Mother’s Day for 1:00. There was a special buffet but we wanted the regular menu and specified that when making the reservation. We were seated at 1:00 and brought cups with bugs in them and the waiter put all our utensils out on the table by the part you eat with. It was very disgusting. He took away the glasses with the bugs and didn’t come back till 1:30. We sat there for 30 minutes with no drinks and when he finally came back we asked for menus and he said we could only have the buffet and that the website should not have let us book the regular menu. They were not prepared for a large crowd, didn’t have clean dishes, or trained wait staff. Will not be going back.

   Service was horrible. It took 45 minutes to get drinks . Almost 2 hours for entrees. Ordered the trout and The fish was very gamey and had to be be sent back . It was obviously something other than trout they prepared for us . Never again

    We had a party of 8 for a birthday party. We were greeted immediately and our waiter was fantastic! Our food was full of flavor and did not disappoint. The atmosphere was quiet and inviting! Overall great experience for the price!

    Christmas Eve dinner… Not going back for holidays especially! The lounge (where we were sat) was freezing (miserable). There was something black in my sons glass. We ordered or meal (not enough options). My husband and I ordered filets. About 10 minutes after, we were told they ran out of filets. Like WOW! Extremely disappointed!!! We decided at 8:30 pm on Christmas Eve to pay for my glass of wine and two ordered of duck strips then leave without a Christmas Eve meal. Nothing else was appetizing on the menu. I am very disappointed. There were other groups of our friends there who shared that they had been there for hours… NOT THE CHRISTMAS experience we hoped for. I’m fact, I immediately thought after all these years in the service industry, the restaurant would be better prepared for these events. We’d probably would have had a better experience at Texas Roadhouse and that’s pretty sad.

    This was Christmas Eve and I realize things would be busy, but this was terrible. Reservation was for 7:15. When we got there waited forever for anyone to help us and finally went to find someone who sat us down and said they could give us water and we would have to wait for awhile because they were very backed up. We eventually left at 9:30 and left my son there to get our entrees to go. They eventually arrived at 10:15 and he brought them home at 10:35. Our bill was very close to $200 before the tip and I feel this was a great deal to pay for this experience. The waitress apologized over and over and I assured her that I knew this was not her fault. The fault us with the manager for overbooking and mismanaging this situation. On my way out at 9:30, someone from another table told me their reservation was for 6:30 and they still had not been served food. Thank goodness I had my son with me to sit and wait for the food until 10:15. I feel this was unacceptable service and don't think I want to return to that restaurant.

    We were there for 2 hours before we got our food. Plates were cold and you could tell food had been sitting for a while. Server forgot to bring a knife for the steak and left to get that and a refill of drinks he didn’t return for 20min and asked if we needed anything else he still hadn’t brought a knife or refills. In his defense it appeared he was waiting on half the restaurant while the manager or owner spent a lot of time talking to two different tables or sitting with them. You could tell food was very slow to get out the back of house to all the tables. It’s a definite management issue. The restaurant appear to run like an episode of Gordon Ramsey kitchen nightmares.

    Waited 1.5 hrs for food and then most of it obviously had been sitting under the heat lamps in the kitchen for a while. It was either cold, overdone, or they added additional cheese on top to cover up where the first layer had obviously been cooked quite a while ago making that portion of that dish inedible. The server and kitchen provided no explanation when we inquired about the delay.

    The barbeque shrimp pasta was delicious as was the beef vegatable soup and the bruschetta appetizer. We always enjoy the vodka martinis and the wine.

    My meal was served room temp, had to be sent back to heat up. Dessert order was wrong, had to be sent back. Big issue on the bill. The waiter (Jason) over charged my credit card $399.12 too much. He actually charged me for our bill AND the bill for a party of eight. The whole experience was a disaster for my wife’s birthday ( which they knew). Won’t be returning & I’ll never reccomend.

    We celebrated my birthday at Milano’s 8/5 & we were terribly disappointed in the food. The drinks & appetizers were fine. Our server couldnt be more accommodating. When it came time for our entrees, the time that elapsed told us there were issues in the kitchen. No big deal. It happens. When we finally got our entrees, the first thing we noticed was my fiancé’s filet, which was suppose to be 8 ozs, was maybe 4. I ordered the trout, which I’ve had a few times, in the past. One bite & I knew it was not trout. We asked the server, he went to the kitchen & returned saying in fact it was not trout. But, he couldnt tell me what fish was on my plate. Very disappointing. We kept our complaints to a minimum, paid the ticket & left. We’ve celebrated several occasions at Milano’s but it will be a little while before we return. 😞

    We had a long wait for our food even though there was not many people in the restaurant. When we received our steaks it was lukewarm. The fries were warm. I was expecting a sizzling steak. The steak was 1/4 fat and not very tender. I was disappointed for what that meal cost. We were celebrating our 45th anniversary.

    My husband’s pork chop was served still raw. He sent it back. When returned they decided to cook it in the fryer although it’s supposed to be chargrilled. No explanation given. Just said “I don’t know why they did that”
