   We sat down at 5:00 Pm on Saturday. Server took a while to bring drinks. We ordered our meal at that took some time. I ordered 16 ounce steak mash potatoes and hot veggies. The Steak and mash potatoes were cold. We didn’t have time to order another one because we were going to a concert. My friend ordered another bottle of wine and the server had forgotten. The manager came to our table and apologized and brought the wine. I was given a $10:00 discount off my $52.00 cold steak. This is my experience.

   Both food and service were good. Nice atmosphere. Very surprised and disappointed to see the worn out furniture and seating in the booths. Hopefully they will deal with that soon.

   Reservation was made and we were asked for the occasion, which was our anniversary. The hostess also asked and we responded with the same. It was early on a Tuesday so the restaurant was empty. We were seated way in the back near the elevator shaft where kitchen staff were hollering at janitors. It was super loud and very drafty so we asked to move to a quieter and warmer table. Server was pleasant enough, but I’m not sure why we were asked about an occasion, but not offered anything for it. Usually a drink or dessert is offered, is it not? We just didn’t feel it was made to be a special occasion.

   We arrived a few minutes late (but within the grace period), and waited another 5 ish minutes for our table to be set up…. I don’t think our server was told we had been seated, and no one came by for more than 10 minutes after being seated. The food was fine, fries were cold for everyone. It wasn’t overly busy, and I know everyone is struggling with staffing, I just think you need to be prepared to have a little more patience than usual if coming here to dine. Our server was lovely, but had a couple of larger tables, it seemed everyone was seated in one section.

    We want to complement our waitress Desiree. She was very very good. One of my friends has a number of allergies and Desiree went out of her way to make sure she had a dinner she could eat

    They weren't that busy so we were able to get in earlier than our reservation. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. I had the steak sandwich and the rest of my companion had chicken sandwich and fish taco and seemed to have enjoyed their orders including the bellinis.

    Very very wilted lettuce was served with the lettuce wrap. It was replaced but it should not have made it to the table in the first place. Not for the prices we are paying now

    Consistently good food and service at Milestones. Our server yesterday has been there for 8 years and remembers his customers - with a good sense of humour too! Very enjoyable.

    No staff at the door and when I found someone, you’re gentleman told me lol around for my party because he couldn’t find my name on the reso, later to find out he wasn’t looking for the wrong name. Apparently he misheard me and instead of confirming the name just said I don’t see it, maybe walk around and check. That’s stupid when meeting someone for the first time there! I had even spelled my name! Waitress didn’t know what was on tap, and my guest had asked about something on the menu and she responded ‘ummm, we’ll, I’m not sure…’ my coffee was empty as she did two rounds and saw it and then I snapped and asked can I get some more pls? Just poor experience overall. Also, the staff was having their own party it seems in the kitchen, and they shut down the payment terminals before they close…nice.

    The serving staff was not attentive. They were ok at the beginning but we had to seek them out in order to pay. We were not asked if we wanted dessert, tea, coffee or anything else. The food was mediocre and cold.

    Always a good place to go but the restaurant was cold and the communication between servers wasn’t good that day. We ordered dessert and told one server who picked up our plates who said she would tell our main server but 30 mins passed and still nothing. Finally our main server came out and we told him but then he ended up getting one of the desserts wrong and he said he’d comp the mistake. The bill came and it was still on the final total. At the point we didn’t want to fuss about what he said so we just paid and left.

    The table in bar area by the window had the air conditioner very high; it was quite cold. We did mention it to our server and she agreed however no action was taken.

    Food came out quick and the appies were delicious. My main was filled with burnt bits. The server was able to see, and promptly returned it. Said he would comp the meal, and send me home with what he knew I was considering ordering at no cost. Bill came He did remove the terrible main, but added the more expensive dish to my bill which I took home as take out Wont be the same tomorrow And it was not what he said he was going to do Feel like our Christmas Eve dinner was not worth it. He was great, but just didn’t follow through with what he said Thanks

    Everything was great, but service was slow. Drinks ran out long before wait staff came back to ask about refills. I would have easily had two more drinks if wait staff were more attentive / weren’t responsible for as many tables.

    Milestones has ramped up their menu options (food and drink) and it was a memorable occasion. We were celebrating a family member's recent success and were happy we chose to visit this location again. It's been a long while since we dined here so we'll be back soon. Kudos to the team!

    Brunch menu has changed. The prime rib hash, arguably the best dish, is no longer available. The new take on salmon eggs benedict is not as nice...Will have to find a new restaurant for brunch

    We went they’re for date night tonight. My husband order the rib eye steak medium rare and sent it back 3 times. 1st time medium well, 2nd time blue rare and 3rd time medium. So he just at it because he was starving. The server had no menu knowledge could not even tell me whet kind of salmon it was. Then she vanished and I had to flag someone down for the bill. There were 3 managers on duty and not one of them came out to speak to our table. This was my second chance for this restaurant and was the last.

    Had a sirloin steak med. rare cooked to perfection. The garlic mashed potatoes were so good! Unfortunately I ordered dessert. Key lime pie... It tasted like lemon meringue pie .... Like it actually has meringue on it. So that was unsatisfactory. I wish I didn't order dessert, if I hadn't this review would be five stars all around. Woke up craving that steak again though.
