    The service was good, our server did a good job and giving us time to catching up before ordering! She wasn’t pushy or ever made us feel we needed to rush. However the challenge I had was the service from the front staff. The young lady who greeted me, seemed unhappy to be at work. She did try to engage me in conversation, by asking how my day was, but it was more a formality in my opinion. She seated me at a table, and I was waiting for my friend to arrive. After waiting for her for 10 minutes, I texted my friend (it was unusual for her to be that late) to see if she was already seated and where I was sitting in the restaurant. She quickly came to find me, as the young lady at the front told her I wasn’t even there yet. How is it when a customer checks in, who has a reservation, that it is not stated in the computer system? My friend should not have had to wait 10 minutes in the front, and it is disappointing to me. I have patroned this restaurant many times before, with and without a reservation, and I have never had this happen before. Next time, if given the choice, I would reconsider having a meal here.

    I’m feeling that for the price I’m not sure we get the value anymore. Seems every time I come in it’s getting more expensive and I’m not sure the quality of food has improved

    Our experience was lovely. I only realized afterward that by roasted beet salad was missing the beets. The flavour of the salad was great though. The service was excellent!

    The drinks were horrible. The bellini was literally ice. The calamari was overcooked. The tacos were fine. Basically for the cost of the food didn't match the price for it. Milestones needs an entire revamp.

    Milestones at Guildford has a great Sunday brunch menu. The seafood bennies were absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely go back for those! The server was very patient as we were a group of 4 old friends who hadn’t seen each other in a long time & had a lot to catch up on. She didn’t rush us out the door & gave us space to talk & enjoy a leisurely brunch. We are already planning another brunch meetup there.

    Great service and delicious food. Fish tacos were great, reminded me of Mexico without the beach. All menu on a bit pricey side but what else to expect in this day and age. Very happy.

    All 3 of us were disappointed with our food. We ordered 2 breakfasts and 1 main. Comething was either over cooked or tasteless in each dish. The server was lovely, but barely checked on us. We often had to waive her down when we needed coffee, a menu, etc…. It was strange how much our end of the restaurant was ignored. They’re for a birthday, but nothing done for it , so not sure why they asked if anything was being celebrated? Didn’t even wish the obvious birthday girl a happy birthday. Pretty disappointing. Would not recommend.

    Went in late afternoon to catch happy hour before a movie, and have to say I was impressed with variety for food and quick friendly service - definitely outshines the Earls in Guildford.. Ordered the fish tacos and they were massive?! I was just planning on having a snack but they were well priced for the portion you receive - not sure what the standard price is though. Can’t tell if we had such an great experience because it was happy hour or quiet or midweek but they’ve earned a return customer to try them out next time I’m in the area :)

    My 2 friends and I had a great dining experience at Milestones! We went for the happy hour , got the Bellini , coconut calamari and had sirloin steak each which were all so good! Our server was so attentive to us , very helpful and polite! I can tell that she loves her job, I think her name is Melanie not sure , can’t remember, but surely starts with an M

    The server was not very attentive. Our son spilt his water and it took over 20 mins to get a new one. We mentioned a peanut allergy and our dessert still had peanuts on it. We were charged for a drink that was part of the kids combo and were not informed of the extra charge of $8 for the sauce upon placing our order.

    We went on a Saturday and it was not too busy. The staff were all nice and all smiles. Food came pretty quick and tasted amazing. The food from the kids menu was the perfect portion for our 8 yr old. Overall it was a great place to eat.

    Mentioned in reservations it was my daughter’s 15th bday and there was no acknowledgment so I just left it. Was given a $100 ultimate dining gift card only to learn you were no longer accepting them even though your name was on the card. I’ve always had a good experience but I found this one disappointing unfortunately. The food was good as always of course

    Food, ambience, service, were good; however our dining experience was tarnished by the fact that our “Ultimate Dining Card” having 13 different dining options including Milestones was not accepted any longer at Milestones. The card was a recent anniversary gift from our daughter, who knew we liked Milestones. There was a sign posted at the reception area. Of the 13 restaurant options on the card, only Montanas is available in the lower mainland besides Milestones. Would have thought that Milestones would have honoured the card from a customer loyalty point of view and since Milestones is clearly recorded on the card.
