   It was incredibly busy so hard to get quick service, but the waitress was very nice. I had taken this dish before at another location a few times (veggie burger) where it had been amazing. This time, it was okay, but not great. Barely any sauce on the burger so it was quite dry. We had given ourselves 2 hours at the restaurant before our show and still ran out of time for dessert. Perhaps coming back on a night less busy might have improved our experience.

   They put our group in a corner underneath 2 speakers and we could barely hear each other and my ears were ringing. Had to ask them to turn the music down a couple times before they actually did. Food was so so, not a fan of the McDonald’s fries and the steak sandwich (it was fried steak strips rather than a full piece of steak, so it was well done instead of the medium rare requested). Unfortunately they mixed up part of the order so had to get them to fix it and it took them a long time to bring the salad back (also took at least 45 mins for our food in the first place). They didn’t even offer a discount or to take off the part of the order they mixed up. Server was very nice and friendly but don’t think we will be going back.

    If it wasn't for our server, the experience would have been a complete mess. He was great. It all started with stale chips for the artichoke dip, to dry burnt ribs and even sub par fries. We were eyeing up desserts before we started but if there was a misfire with fries how good could they have been? Maybe it was just a bad night for the kitchen staff but to have that happen on valentines day was very disappointing.

    Our server was new but very good and effective. He moved us to a quieter section of the restaurant because the noise level was very, very high. Our brunch took quite a long time to arrive and my plate was not nearly warm enough, suggesting that it sat for quite awhile before delivery. By the time it arrived I was in no mood to send it back for reheating.

    Had been gifted a gift certificate for milestones so we thought we would try it out. the food was good but not fantastic and the their machines were not currently excepting the type of gift card we had which was the whole point of picking milestones as our selected restaurant

    We arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation for our table to be ready. Once we were sat it took another 5 minutes for a server to come by to even bring us water. Another 10 minutes and they came to get our drink order and appetizer order. 15 minutes later they reappeared with the appetizers. they did run out of the beer we requested but kindly gave us one half pint for free. We requested more water at that point since the water they provided us we're in small tumblers and they only had one carafe on the table for nine people. They brought another carafe almost 10 minutes later and finally took our dinner order (now 40 min after we were sat, 60 min after we arrived). The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave everyone very good recommendations. That was probably the only highlight of the evening. 20 min later our food arrived (80 min after we arrived). they came back over only 5 min later to make sure everything was okay. Then they disappeared. 20+min after food was dropped they returned and I told them we needed boxes and our checks. The check out process was a bit frantic as the server was frazzled by my direct request. Overall the food was mediocre. I understand a Saturday nightwould be busier however the other half of the restaurant (not attached to the bar) was empty and when we walked in there were plenty of servers walking around. There is also a gaggle of servers around the hostess station when we left. Lastly the music was extremely loud and seems to be turned up just a little bit more as the night turned on. There seems to be problems with the lighting as we ate the lights kept dimming and coming in and out.

    Family gathering before my son’s departure to Brazil for 3 months ❤️ The waiting time was a bit longer than usual and they offered us one desert of our choice. We thought it was a nice gesture. Thank you again! Our server aced it from A to Z, he was really pleasant.

    Had the New Year day special and was disappointed. Soup was cold with too much cream. The steak had a thick crust of salt and shrimps and crab soaked in cream and the dessert ok. The server charged us the coffee that was included in the meal. Make sure you check your bill. Will not go back

    We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and over an hour for our food. We also waited for our bill and it took us standing up with coats on before we got it. The food was great but if you know you are going to be full make sure you staff appropriately

    We were a group of 11 people. Only had 3 employees working so I can’t fully blame the staff. Service was incredibly slow. They were out of half the wine on their wine list. Took 45mins to receive our first drinks with one drink still missing for another 20min. Food took 2hrs+ to arrive. Everything was cold, over cooked and tasted awful. Just a terrible experience overall. Once again it wasn’t fully the staffs fault. I’m assuming some of their employees didn’t show up to work. Will never go back. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.

    The Service was good, but : - They were out of so many bottles of wine that I had to change my choice 6 times (not exaggerating) - The steak was medium rare, when asked for medium - Portions were very small - We were ready to leave for a movie 30-45 minutes in advance, but the machines to pay were down and needed to be rebooted..we ended up rushing to the movie theatre (which is literally right next to the restaurant) and missed the beginning of the movie.

    Debit/credit machine did not work. Server did not come to our table until we asked for service! Pleasant but not engaging! We did not see much of him throughout meal! Bathrooms had toilet paper in only one stall! Bathroom was dirty!

    when we were seated it took a long time to have a server come see us and he said no one told him about our table. He was very pleasant and helpful. My friend and her child did ‘date night’ and the appetizer came at the same time as the steaks they ordered. Food was yummy and no issues. Overall it was a great dinner but we are used to better coordination at milestones. I’ll still come back. Just feedback for improvement. Happy holidays.

    I have not been this Milestones before, but have been to others in our city. Sunday’s experience was very disappointing. The brunch menu choices have been reduced. My friend had traditional breakfast and I had French Toast. Both dishes were not hot. It seemed as if they had been sitting on the pass for a while before they were picked up. The sausage was extremely difficult to cut; the scrambled eggs were dry; the French toast was also dry and not very tasty. The server wasn’t very attentive. Did not come and check to see if everything was ok, until the meal was essentially finished. After my friend provided feedback regarding the quality of her dish, the server apologized and said would speak to her manager. To Milestones’ credit, they did remove my friend’s meal from the bill. I hope this was a one of occurrence. The location of this Milestone is great, but the food, not.

    We were originally seated at a table that had a light from the track flickering continuously, pointed directly at us. I have epilepsy, so we had asked to either turn the light off or to switch tables. When we first asked a server, he dismissed us as he walked by. When our server came to our table we asked if anything could be done and he said he would ask. After 30 minutes, he still hadn’t had time to ask. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry so I understand, however I wasn’t going to risk having a seizure. We then asked the hostess who was clearing the table beside us (same size table) if we could move and she quickly said no, someone else is going to sit here. Finally one of our group members went and found a manager herself, where we were then moved to the back of the restaurant. I understand not all lights on tracks have individual settings, and I understand it was very busy. However a group of six, and a bill of 100$ per person, one having stated her medical condition, you would think they would have been more concerned. In total, it took them an hour to move us. I do want to state despite that, the server was amazing. As well when we arrived the hostess was being belittled by a customer who didn’t have a reservation and wanted to be seated. They were fantastic employees, doing the best with what they had. Please have your lighting fixtures addressed, or your management team able to schedule more people on the floor to accommodate the traffic.
