It's a chain restaurant so the food wasn't unique and Milestone's is always removing items from the menu that I like, such as the California burger. I had the new steak sandwich which was just okay. Too tangy sauce. Service was pretty good but not all the dishes arrived at the same time and the decaf coffee was tired, which is not usual in many restaurtants. Prices are high for somedishes but that is the post-pandemic effect. Overall a good restaurant that has room for improvement.

The service was very good. The staff even turned down the music when I asked them. Water was refilled. The attitude of the waiter was accommodating and nice. The beet salad was a hit. The penne with chicken and pesto sauce was mediocre. There was lots of good quality chicken and the veggies were fresh. The sauce however was not creamy. It was thin and syrupy and not appealing at all. And there was not much pasta. (I personally would have preferred less chicken and decent sauce and more pasta) The shrimp curry bowl was very small and really poor quality, especially considering the price. But we have good Thai restaurants here in Ottawa. If Milestones is going to try this, they should do it well. If not, take it off the menu.

We were there for a birthday. Menus were never picked up from the table until we personally handed them to the server, the same thing happened with empty appetizer dishes. Our server was often nowhere to be found, we waited a long time to order a simple desert, the reservation was listed for a birthday party and that was never acknowledged. One steak tasted very off, thankfully the manager addressed this and it was taken off our bill (awesome!) We had no choice but to give a 18% gratuity as this was included in our bill, although the service was extremely poor. We understand we were a large group, but we would have reserved elsewhere if 12 people was too much to manage. Very disappointed over all.

The service was incredible and our server was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive and focused and the orders were 100% accurate. Her memory was phenomenal. I would recommend her or hire her in a heartbeat.

Great staff, I love the food and the menu, I do find the bang bang shrimp get too soggy when served in a bowl. I feel like a plate or wide bowl would help to not let the bottom shrimp get soggy and gross. :-)

Pleasant preshow meal at Milestones Landsdowne. Solid selection of beverages and main courses. Meatloaf was good as were the sides…you can’t beat garlic mashed potatoes! Excellent service.

Excellent Food and Excellent Excellent service! The only negative remark I would like to state is the following: When your staff state that your happy hours is 1/2 price for certain drinks listed and certain appetizers listed on your happier hour menu, then that is what we should pay at the end. We found that our appetizers on your happy hour menu ended up not being 1/2 price. The menu has one appetizer at 15$, and then we found that the happy hour price was 12, when we came to pay the bill. Just saying.

Our meal took a long time to arrive. The server was not very attentive. He did not come to advise us that the meal was taking a while. When we went to pay he just left us with the device. We had anquestion but he wa not there to answer. We have had better experiences in the past.

Not my waitress, but another one kept passing behind my chair and the table besides and kicking my chair on the way, it was really unprofessional and she just ignore it, no excuses nothing. Other than this, our waitress was present and following up with us as our main service took a bit longer to come out

They had an event menu so the choices were restricted and even on this menu few Items were missing. I ended up order chicken parmigiana and the tomato sauce tasted the one served in hospital when ur on strict diet. The service was good tho.

Went to have the steaks and no steaks available. Would have been nice to know before ordering a bottle of wine which they also didn't have as it was an old wine list so needed to puck something else. Server was goid but Management needs to be much better.

Wasn't a fan of this location. I ordered the entrée Ceasar Salad for an extra $7 I could add Cajun chicken. For $7 it was the smallest piece of chicken. The croutons were stale, next to no bacon, the menu also said a mix of romaine and kale, not the case. I shared the Ultimate cookie with my mother in law, it was dry, overcooked and the ice cream they put on it was freezer burnt. Our server, Bryanna was wonderful. But unfortunately will not be going back to this location.

My bestie and I went out for a nice dinner before an event we were attending. Upon arriving, the hostess could not find our reservation, and we were told that without one, they would not seat us. After a short wait (and showing proof of my Open Table reservation), we were finally seated. We were in the middle of the restaurant and even though I asked to be moved somewhere a little off the beaten path, my request was denied. We ordered our drinks promptly, followed by an appetizer and a main that we were going to share. Our server was friendly and helpful and asked us if we wanted the meal separated onto two plates - we thought that was pretty great. Our appetizer arrived literally under 5 minutes later. As we were enjoying the start to our leisurely meal, our main arrived - within 5 minutes of our appetizer arriving, our mains were in front of us. We hadn't even made it a quarter of the way through our appetizer and had to then start on the main dish - having our appetizer sit getting colder by the minute. The main was....underwhelming. The pasta was grossly overcooked and lacked flavour, and the sauce on the chicken had clearly been reheated as it was thick and almost a a gel-like consistency. The vegetables were rock hard; I like them al-dente, but these were quite literally raw and simply heated through. All in all, not the meal we planned for. They had us seated and then out the door in about 45 minutes. Two bellini's, one appetizer and one main was $85 and while I don't mind spending for good food - this was not good food in any way. I won't be returning to this Milestone's location any time soon.

The food was good, very small menu with not many options. Serving portions were small, the table and chairs were small and must us feel crammed in. I’m 6’ 1” 215 lbs I shouldn’t be crammed….. overall I wasn’t totally disappointed but pretty close. If I was going for dinner at TD place again I’d definitely try somewhere else.

We always celebrate our birthdays and anniversaries at Milestones and have done so for 10 years. Yesterday, we had the worst meal we've had in living memory. Both mains were missing key ingredients and had others swapped out without mention. One was pitifully small and the other was cold. The desert was stale and the token ice cream and cream portion was miniscule. Lastly, the coffee was cold and had to be replaced amidst the loudest atmosphere I can remember... an out of control gathering adjacent to us complete with screaming ladies. Utterly disappointed!

Services great but the kitchen made a lot of mistakes in the order to the point of our waiter was kind of embarrassed when he came to our table. Too bad as I'm not sure I would go back based on all those mistakes.

From the outset, Milestones delivered. We were early for our reservation but that was no problem for them, seating us immediately. Our server, Taylor, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. Just watching what was happening at the tables around us as well as at our own, it was obvious the staff is a team, trained very well to look after the customer. I don't recall seeing any of the staff that didn't have a smile on their face. Job. Well. Done! My wife and I will definitely be back.

We dined at Milestones prior to attending a show at TD Place. Our server kept pressuring us to order drinks, we asked for a few minutes and he came back like 60 seconds later. The same thing happened when we ordered food. He never offered us coffee or dessert, just asked about the bill. We were in and out in 45 minutes. We felt as though we were being rushed out so they could fill more tables and make more money. The food was only so so and the price of our dishes was very expensive. I will not eat here again.

Food was great overall, spinach dip was yummy, the calamari was good slightly over cooked, Beet and Goat Cheese salad best salad I have eaten in a long time wouldn’t change a thing and the Korean BBQ sauce on Cauliflower bites was too sweet but bites were good anyways!! Definitely will be coming back to taste the non event menu. Service was stellar as well!!

Unfortunately many dishes on the menu were not available thus limiting our choices. The server did his best to assist us in our selection and otherwise provided good service. We would recommend to not go on Sunday as it seems that supplies are short on that day.
