   Servers were great, ambiance was nice, clean, however I ordered a steak, and asked for it to be medium, and I got a well done, extremely dry steak. It had good flavour but it was literally hard to swallow, extremely over-cooked.

   We arrived at 5:15pm before going to an Atletico game at 7pm. They were unable to deliver our main course before 6:40pm so we asked for the bill and left before eating. Horrible experience. Given we also indicated to our server that we had to go to the game and were told, oh no problem, it was just a disaster. It was moderately busy as well, not fully packed from my perspective.

   Poorly managed/insufficient staffing levels would not recommend if you have a tight schedule. Staff did not know details of reservations (tried to seat us outside). Reservation for 6:30, arrived a little early to ensure we could enjoy our meal prior to attending a show at TD Place. The restaurant temperature was uncomfortably warm. We sat for 10 minutes before a server arrived and we ordered immediately (picked meal with short prep time). The cocktails were good but the meal took so long-40 minutes into a 60 minute reservation by the time it staff arrived we had to leave-it would be impossible to eat it comfortably in 10 minutes and rush to the show. They offered a discount and to hold the meal until after the show-unsure as to quality of food as didn’t get to eat it yet.

   The service was terrible. Got sat on the patio and waited 45 minutes before our drinks came - despite have made inquiries at the 20 minutes and 30 minutes mark. The chicken ordered was very good. But doesn't make up for the poor service. Though, the server did say it was her first day.

   No more beer on tap. We received our appetizer before our drinks. There was something floating in my husband's glass of water. My husband's steak was VERY well cooked and even rubbery when he had asked for medium rare. He wanted Cajun fries but received plain ones. No one ever questioned why he didn't finish his meal. He asked for another beer and never got it. When I asked for a box to bring my leftovers, there were pieces of onions in it.

    We went to Milestones for lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. The service was lovely. They were friendly helpful and did not try to hurry us up as we sat and chatted well after we had eaten. We had a booth that was open to the outdoor patio and could watch people as they walked thru the Lansdowne area. It was a nice sunny day, and it Wass very comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious. It's a great spot!

    Had a reservation on Thursday evening for two. We asked to be seated in a booth. Instead were told that they’ve got reservations for large parties within the next hour and proceeded to seat us at a small table that barely fit what we ordered. Two appetizer plates and a meal. We ended our evening 2.5 hrs later and not a single one of those booths were taken. We sat uncomfortably and were told just before we left that everyone must have cancelled or not shown up. My wine had been poured from a previously opened bottle that tasted like pear juice. Service sucked. Waitress didn’t know which wines were dry vs medium. Won’t be back.

    Great service, good entrée, but I was sooo disappointed witht the dessert. I ordered the large cookie and it was dry, and super hard. Too bad. Didnt finiah it. Definitely not worth the $9.

    Overall a very poor experience. Tried to bring our concerns up with management, and while he did provide 15% off, he seemed to not care all that much about our feedback. Took about 15 minutes for a server to come greet our group. Then took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks. One drink we received had a hair in the garnish. After sending it back she received a Diet Coke that was so watery it looked like an iced tea. Told the server they likely needed to change the syrup on the gun, she then said they were out of Diet Coke. Had another friend try to order a taster of the wine she wanted, server was reluctant to bring this, and when she finally brought it, it was the wrong wine, a rose, not the red she had asked for. She actually liked the rose, ordered a 6oz, and then received the red she initially asked for? Our server came by to let us know at 8:25 that last call was in 20 minutes, our reservation was for 7:30 and the website said open until 10. So we were then rushed to order and most of the apps we wanted weren’t available. We then watched a table of 2 get seated at 8:46… so not sure why we were last called so early if they were still accepting tables? When our dinner finally came 2 of the plates were lukewarm at best, one was entirely wrong, and 2 were missing for about 10 minutes. The remade item was a steak, and the one that was the “correct” order was over cooked and tasted bad. We ordered more drinks and the order was again messed up, short glasses for drinks that were asked for in tall glasses, a drink missing the strawberries that the first drink had (and when asked for the missing berries, received one that was a bit fuzzy). Overall the server seemed to have no idea what was going on. It wasn’t very busy, she had maybe 3 tables so no reason for such poor service. She was hard to flag down and consistently messed up the orders. We honestly thought we were being pranked by the amount of things getting messed up for just completely forgotten.

    Our server was really sweet but it took a really long time to get our drinks. The kids asked for lemonade and we got some weird concoction of lime juice and sofa. We sent it back and then they brought us actual lemonade. What was most upsetting is that it took over 1 hour to get our food. It was a Monday night and it wasn’t even busy so I don’t understand the delay. Also you were out of multiple items on the menu such as the spinach and artichoke dip.

    We were there for my sons 25 th birthday . We were disappointed since we couldn’t have the full menu because of the football game😔 They could have told us when we made the reservations. For the food.. the full racks of ribs missing sauce , steak had no taste and had to return since it was not cooked like I’ve ask.( they were nice to not charge us for my steak) Service was excellent and drinks were super 😊

    The Service was quite slow. The group complained that it took near 1 hour and 45 minutes to receive our entree and the food that intended to be hot was warm to coolish. Give that the room was a great choice for us and allowed us to talk and do the business we needed, the group was thankful for that.

    We all enjoyed our meals - two salads, a shrimp bowl and a gluten-free burger. Special attention paid to gluten-free. Fresh, colourful and served with care. Beautiful day and windows open to the outside at lunch gave a fresh feel.

    Use of MSG should be discouraged. Proper seasoning with natural spices is better that chemical seasoning any day. Disappointing to know that MSG is in everything! There should be an alert on the menu as many people react badly to MSG, especially when they already have cardiac issues. Excellent wait staff.

    Three of us came here for dinner. Lengthy time between being seated and a server coming to help us. After our initial drink, we did not receive water or offers of additional drinks. Apps were great, korean bbq cauliflower and coconut calamari. Dinner brought more issues. One of us requested no onions or broccoli but the dish arrived smothered in onions. Someone else ordered the rack of ribs, barely any meat on them. No offer for dessert, just the bill. Weird vibe for sure.

    We ate at Milestones three times in the last week. The first time everything would have rated excellent and the restaurant was very busy. The second time was okay, service a bit slower and it was not as busy. The third time -Saturday evening was poor - we had to ask after a twenty minute wait to even get served water, then we ordered drinks followed by our dinner order, again after about twenty minutes we were informed that the Ravoli ordered was no longer available I switch to a salad with shrimp , my husband had order a steak meduim and it was overcooked and vegetables were not hot- our waitress stated that we would receive the salad at half price - I will admit I did not check my bill closely, although was surprised by the amount - this morning this morning (April 10th) I check and realize I was charged twice for the salad at half price, which means it was no bargain! I am not complaining about our waitress but I think she should have been able to tell us much quicker about the unavailable meal and I don't know why she would tell us half price and then charge for 2. Our total bill came to $89.45 with the tip was $114.37. I was also disappointed to discover that Milestone is no longer accepting Ultimate cards, one of which I had received earlier this year. We have been Milestone fans for a long time, not only at Lansdowne, and this is not the service we expect. With regards to recommending Milestones I will say no at this point, but do anticipate hearing from you and that might change my mind.

    Just awful. I love milestones but this one in particular is so poorly managed. Our server was great but also the bartender on an extremely busy day. Took an hour from when we ordered our food to getting in.. very simple salad and burger. My salad was forgotten. Tables that were seated after us received their food before us. The manager working was drinking a Cesar (maybe a virgin one?) beside the bar while the bartender was making drinks and trying to serve her tables without any help from the manager. The manager seemed like she didn’t care about the fact of the poor service or she was oblivious to it. I will never go back here and would not recommend anyone to either.

    Despite the best efforts of our polite waiter - we had a terrible dining experience. The restaurant only provided an uninspiring ‘event menu’ given it was a curling tournament nearby that day. We didn’t know about the event before booking so I can’t fault the restaurant for that particular detail - but it took us 1:30 minutes to get our food and we were only informed that one of our staters was unavailable when it came (the other starter was inedible) The steak was over cooked and the salads were terrible - which begs the question - how could it have taken 1:30 minutes to make! I’m not sure what’s going on here as I’ve had ok meals at the chain in the past but the whole experience still cost me an insane amount! I’d give this place a hard pass
