Arrived for our reservation on time, got seated at a booth, hostess left menus ... Waited 25 mins, no server arrived so we left and went elsewhere. It wasn't busy, clearly disorganized serving assignments despite asking one twice who our server was. Too bad. Rating poor overall.

The windows are expansive which gives opportunity for great views, but also make it really drafty in winter. Cold feet and an extra layer during the meal. Service was adequate and food was tasty.

Great view of the falls and server was professional, helpful and checked appropriately. Food was as expected for a mid level establishment.

New Year’s Eve. It was nice because we were still there at midnight so the staff gave us favours and we were able to see the fireworks from our seats. Very nice. Noise level was a little high for my liking as I could not hear my date half the time. Also some of the cutlery and my partners coffee mug was dirty however we didn’t complain as it was a busy night and we didn’t want to add to the stress. Overall it was a lovely evening.

New Years Eve 2018. We booked late and we were just happy to have a reservation somewhere at a decent hour. We weren’t too excited that it was a 3 course prix fixe menu but kept the reservation anyways. We were happily surprised. Our expectations were exceeded! Our server (Cozy I think?) was amazing, the food was delicious (lobster bisque, prime rib and an amazing dessert of two cakes, we also had pasta but although tasty was still just pasta). We were sat on the window and the view was nice but I do feel if they dimmed the lights inside the view outside would be much better. Overall a fantastic experience and we will be coming back! $65 for 3 courses is okay for Niagara Falls New Year’s Eve pricing.

There were six of dining and all of us had sirloin steak or prime rib. Every steak was cooked exactly as ordered and the garlic mashed was delicious. However, could have been a little more generous with the seasonal vegetables as there were very few on the plate. Dessert was very good as well (cheesecake). The service was fast and friendly. Overall, a very good experience and delicious meal.

Service was slow, my partners steak was not cooked to his liking (too raw), mine was cooked perfectly. Some of the staff didn’t seem to enjoy their job which kind of kills the mood. Too many fees added to the bill. They also don’t accept scene cards. Our server was friendly.

Bring back the old ravioli recipe. And connect the guest systems of your partner hotels so the staff can easily verify guests to the rooms. And lower your prices.

I really like Milestones and the bellini. This visit we went for the date night 2 can dine for $50. The value was good. The downfall to this visit was the coconut calamari was a bit rubbery and we think they forgot our main meals since it took a long time to receive.

Overall the service was good but when we ordered the cheese bread and it came out rock hard we tried to eat around it. When the server asked if we liked it we explained it was good but it’s literally a rock on the one whole side of it. He just said ok sorry and took it away as if he heard it before. Nothin was mentioned about maybe taking 50% off because half wasn’t edible. But we know next time.

We had a great time, we always do. But that pesky extra tax is a definite turn off. Won't pay it, never have, and never will. Kind of a cheezy sneaky tax to nail locals with.

It was our first time here and the food was amazing and the service was excellent. We did request the DP Fee be taken off the bill and the server did it immediately without question. We would definitely return. One of the best values in Niagara for food.

Food was excellent, service great! The music left so much to be desired, it felt like elevator music and sounded the same over and over again. View over Niagara Falls is lovely! The decor was clean and comfortable, nothing too special but nice. The menu had lots to choose from and everything looked well presented.

Warm welcome by hostesses upon arrival. They had no problem finding my electronic reservation. Very helpful and attentive waitress. I believe her name was Ashlen. Congenial. Great view of Falls. Nice ambience. Food was excellent and the wine as suggested by our waitress was an excellent pairing with the prime rib. Goodbyes from staff. Looking to return soon. Cheers.

It was our anniversary. We made dinner reservations on open table & when we got there we waited over 5 minutes for someone to come seat us. Even then, we probably would have waited longer if they didn't see me standing there looking for someone. Then when the lady looked to see our reservation, it was like they didn't even put us in. Plus I had asked for a window seat on our dinner reservations, then she erased someone else & gave us a window seat, which was nice! We had a great waiter. He was timely & very friendly. I think his name was John? My husband's food was way better than mine. He ordered the Ginger pineapple salmon. I ordered the steak frites. I asked for well done & got med rare- well done steak. The parmesan fries were good but no veggies. Very plain & boring! I ate more of my husband's than my own. He ate mine. However, the waiter gave us a free piece of yummy cheesecake for our anniversary, which also was very nice! The Bellini was also yummy! Overall it was ok.

Had our anniversary dinner here while in Niagara falls for the weekend. Restaurant was very nice looking and could see the falls from our table which was nice. Got our drinks which were both very good, and our server was attentive and checked on us multiple times. Appetizers were pretty good, got the cheese bread which was good and reasonably priced. The calamari was decent but a little overpriced for the amount of food given. We ordered our entrees, and I was very disappointed in mine and my girlfriends was pretty disappointing too. I ordered the prosciutto chicken cordon bleu which sounded very nice but when I received it... it wasn't prosciutto. Very disappointed in the false advertising would have ordered something else. My girlfriend ordered the chicken parm, and there was plenty of chicken but not much parm. Overall our dinner was Okay. But wouldn't come back for the price/false advertising.

We chose Milestones because it was close to our hotel on a rainy night and we had a $20 coupon. We were overdressed for the spot. As you see in others reviews, the lighting is very bright and creates a lot of glare and shuts out any chance of being able to see the view. This is too bad. Despite this point, the food and service was very good. The chocolate torte and ice wine were excellent. Turn down the lights!

Our server was ashlyin amazing! The French soup tasted like something that was frozen before, the sushi app was not good, the salmon was dry as was the rice, the sauce was the only good part, our steaks were cold as was the whole entree. We did get complimentary dessert it was ok. The prices were high for what we ordered. Probably will not go back

Karlelyn (I recall), our server was prompt, thorough and attentive. One of our meals was not up to expectations and she quickly addressed the situation. She was just as quick to problem solve when the bill needed correction as well-the fact she likely had to re-order to provide the food a second time, we were charged twice for the entrée. It appeared most service staff were attentive, although I did note on departing that 3 staff were on the front reception, but all too engaged in conversation to even acknowledge our departure. This was not a very good impression of this location-have had better in other chain locations-disappointing for a tourism destination location.

Sunday evening dining experience with family. The restaurant was heavily short staffed. Over half an hour of wait after order and reminded them. They tried too hard to serve all dishes (6) at once and left them sitting til cold, and the melting ice cream. Steak was tasteless. Excellent view to the fall.

Good day to you, i was at your restaurant for dinner on sept 21 2017. I must say the environment is lovely the servers were great i tip her 5 bucks. But the food wasn't to my expectations and the beef was horrible. I had asked for well done and it was pink in the middle... i was so hungry and there wasn't anywhere else i could've tried at the time.... furthermore i didn't wanna pay for food twice. I paid $88 for veggies, stake and beef ribs. The veggies were good, i have to give you guys that. but for god sakes why the hell is the meat so undercooked lack flavor. Seems as if you guys dont season your meat. Anyways i will not spend that amount of money at your business again.... very disappointed in your food. very! This may be acceptable for some but most definitely not me. Meat should have taste even barbeque chicken would've been more enjoyable.

We had a remarkable waiter who made the evening special. The waiter eagerly customized an appetizer to accommodate one of our party's food allergies. When we wanted one dessert to share for the table, he suggested an option that saved us money and gave us more variety. The food was spectacular and very well presented.
