Milestones Grill + Bar - Niagara Falls Ratings and Reviews
Very nice location great for couples
I felt I was rushed even place was empty stay away from window during cold weather. Freezing
The food and the service were spectacular. Nice view from the table. Enjoyed the experience.
Great view, convenient and rich and reasonably priced dessert.
Had my 3 year anniversary here and it was an amazing experience. Food was incredible, the service was quick , and the window seat view of the falls was gorgeous. Highly recommend for any occasion. Also wednesdays have a 2can dine for couples and the value is superb. Will be returning for sure. Ps. The steak was to die for.
Went for Valentines they usually have a date night menu for 2 on Weds but since it was valentines it was for a different price which is fine but when we were told on the phone it was for 2 and then got the bill and it wasn't that was not a good thing. They gave us 20% off because we were locals.
the prime rib, while tasty was too fatty, but the potatoes and vegetables were good
Waiter was excellent, food and ambiance excellent. Parking hard to find, long walk was better when all spaces where not valet parking . Not Milestones fault!
A little pricey here but I guess you pay for the view. Check your bill thoroughly before paying as we had discrepancies we didn't notice til we got home but we did cone back the next day and it was rectified. Fee app coupon for email sign up is actually $14 off an app. Tourist tax fee isn't mandatory so you an get it removed.
Waitress took care of us. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great. Very nice evening and view of the falls
Could be better if the service improved. Food was really good.
We had a very nice energenic server. She had a lot of information on the area. The food was delicious. Three of us all enjoyed our meals. The view of the falls was beautiful. A little pricey but I'm from Pittsburgh.
Always good but you're looking at over $100 for 3 people that don't drink alcohol. Our recent meal was Person 1 - Mushroom Soup and Calamari Appetizer, Person 2 - Goat Cheese Appetizer and single prime rib Slider (very tiny), Person 3 - Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich and Fries. And all 3 of us had Tea. That was all and it came to $95. With tip over $100
The food was good the only issue is when our dinner arrived our vegetables and potatoes were only warm not hot.
We spoke to our waitress Summer who corrected the issue immediately.
Because of Summer's attention we had a great meal.
took forever to get out food and even for them to get our drinks 25 mins.. and 1 hour to get our food.. terrible service..
Great meal, we had a lovely server however when the evening progressed and it got busy we waited at least a half hour to get our bill and pay for it. Overall though, a great experience.
Made reservation a week in advance
Got worst table in restaurant and when we asked why, we were told they couldn’t guarantee a good table.
Asked for manager and then we were moved to a more satisfactory location.
Waiter was amazing, ordered calamari and a bottle of wine and prime rib for main course (medium rare).
Calamari and wine came and was very good.
Time passed and so did the wine.
We realised it had been and hour and 10 minutes since we had ordered. We asked the waiter and he assured us he would check on our meal. Minutes later the server brought our meals. The meat was grey. I tried to cut it and couldn’t. (We had stainless steel steak knives).
We pushed our plates to the end of the table. The waiter came by and he looked at our plates and asked us what it was. We told him it was our prime rib.
He said “oh no it’s not”. And took it back to the kitchen.
As he took it away I told him we were done. He could bring the cheque.
He returned and told us the supervisor had comped our appetiser and wine. I thanked him but asked him why the supervisor hadn’t come to tell us that. No answer.
I asked to speak to him. Moments later the manager came to the table.
He was very apologetic, he completely took ownership for the mess. He stated the restaurant was busy BUT if the customer had to wait a littler longer then the meal better be spot on. It wasn’t. And for that he apologised.
He comped our breakfast. We went the next morning.
After selecting buffet fare we again left it on the table
Ice cold and selected freshly made omelettes.
I would not recommend this restaurant and will not return.
We will return to the Keg. Tried and true and reliable.
Our server was very nice and polite. She was great. I had ordered a garden burger and it was burnt black in my bun. It should have been free but was not. I only ate half of it cause I was so hungry. We waited about an hour for our food. Wasn’t too happy.
The food was delicious, however, the service was sub-par. Took over an hour to get food and waitress did not come back often enough to refill drinks.
Very nice evening. Good food though not the best options available for vegan diners. Reasonably priced for a hotel dining room...definitely a better value than Morton's the night before.
The food took long to arrive and when asking for hp sauce for the steak, it took two trips to come back with the sauce. Very slow service.
Arrived for our reservation on time, got seated at a booth, hostess left menus ... Waited 25 mins, no server arrived so we left and went elsewhere. It wasn't busy, clearly disorganized serving assignments despite asking one twice who our server was. Too bad. Rating poor overall.
The windows are expansive which gives opportunity for great views, but also make it really drafty in winter. Cold feet and an extra layer during the meal. Service was adequate and food was tasty.
Great view of the falls and server was professional, helpful and checked appropriately. Food was as expected for a mid level establishment.
New Year’s Eve. It was nice because we were still there at midnight so the staff gave us favours and we were able to see the fireworks from our seats. Very nice. Noise level was a little high for my liking as I could not hear my date half the time. Also some of the cutlery and my partners coffee mug was dirty however we didn’t complain as it was a busy night and we didn’t want to add to the stress. Overall it was a lovely evening.
New Years Eve 2018. We booked late and we were just happy to have a reservation somewhere at a decent hour. We weren’t too excited that it was a 3 course prix fixe menu but kept the reservation anyways. We were happily surprised. Our expectations were exceeded! Our server (Cozy I think?) was amazing, the food was delicious (lobster bisque, prime rib and an amazing dessert of two cakes, we also had pasta but although tasty was still just pasta). We were sat on the window and the view was nice but I do feel if they dimmed the lights inside the view outside would be much better. Overall a fantastic experience and we will be coming back! $65 for 3 courses is okay for Niagara Falls New Year’s Eve pricing.
There were six of dining and all of us had sirloin steak or prime rib. Every steak was cooked exactly as ordered and the garlic mashed was delicious. However, could have been a little more generous with the seasonal vegetables as there were very few on the plate. Dessert was very good as well (cheesecake). The service was fast and friendly. Overall, a very good experience and delicious meal.
I have been to this restaurant a few times now and have had a great experience every time. Great specials through the week and staff is awesome!
Service was slow, my partners steak was not cooked to his liking (too raw), mine was cooked perfectly. Some of the staff didn’t seem to enjoy their job which kind of kills the mood. Too many fees added to the bill. They also don’t accept scene cards. Our server was friendly.
Bring back the old ravioli recipe. And connect the guest systems of your partner hotels so the staff can easily verify guests to the rooms. And lower your prices.
I really like Milestones and the bellini. This visit we went for the date night 2 can dine for $50. The value was good. The downfall to this visit was the coconut calamari was a bit rubbery and we think they forgot our main meals since it took a long time to receive.
Everything was great. Great service and atmosphere. Sadly the kitchen was very slow.
Overall the service was good but when we ordered the cheese bread and it came out rock hard we tried to eat around it. When the server asked if we liked it we explained it was good but it’s literally a rock on the one whole side of it. He just said ok sorry and took it away as if he heard it before. Nothin was mentioned about maybe taking 50% off because half wasn’t edible. But we know next time.
Just don’t go.
Went with the kids and grandkids. Great service and wonderful food - will go back again for sure!!
We had a great time, we always do. But that pesky extra tax is a definite turn off. Won't pay it, never have, and never will. Kind of a cheezy sneaky tax to nail locals with.
Excellent place to dine as a family, date n great view
Slow service; received little attention from our waitress (perhaps she was having a busy night). Food was above average, portion was large.
It was our first time here and the food was amazing and the service was excellent. We did request the DP Fee be taken off the bill and the server did it immediately without question. We would definitely return. One of the best values in Niagara for food.
Excellent service, good value. Recommend!
