It was good. Only thing I thought was odd. This one guy who worked there I’m assuming he was on his break. He keep on taking pictures of someone’s motorcycle a couple of times which is really odd

No one greeted . At 6:21 we were told Our table was given to someone else and they offered for us to wait 15 more minutes or so for another table. I went there with hubby and kids for Mothers Day. We ended up in burger fast food close by as kids were hungry. Next time I will plan better and avoid this restaurant.

My order wasn't right... ordered poached, got fried, asked for no potatoes, got potatoes. Our server offered to correct it but I didn't want my mother to eat by herself (or wait and eat hers cold) while the order was corrected. Not a huge deal, but it wasn't really busy and they had a tonne of staff

Took over 10 minutes for anyone to come to the table. Service was better after that. Drinks were good. Food is overpriced. Shrimp and Scallop Scampi was $32 and had only 4 small shrimps and small portion. Steak was okay but the green beans were basically uncooked. The mashed potatoes are excellent.

It was uncomfortably hot in the restaurant. My husband ordered the Rib Trio and the piece of chicken was 4 inches long and maybe a half inch thick. I ordered the Sweet Chili Chicken Bowl with rice noodles. The noodles were so over cooked they stuck together in a ball. This was a 25th Anniversary dinner and was very disappointing. We didn’t complain because we just wanted to get out of the heat. Our server, Hazel, was lovely.

Probably the worst outing at a Milestone's restaurant. Ordered a Rib & Chicken combo with slaw & fries. Slaw had red pepper with a sticker on it. The server, the manager, the chef & the kitchen staff all failed to notice that. The server had to be notified who informed the manager after this fiasco happened. A clear violation of food safety & precautionary measures. Grilled salmon with half-cooked rice and some of the rice was uncooked. When informed the manager, he just took the entire plate away. Was informed that the salmon was ok, but in spite of that did not bother to ask if that can be left behind. Asked about replacing the dish but by that time our mood was already spoiled. This was our date night and for a high-end restaurant to make such poor mistakes is totally unacceptable. Will definitely recommend everyone think hard and long before visiting this particular restaurant. Had multiple visits to the Milestones in Masonville Mall and absolutely loved the food and the service. This was just very ordinary. Pics in order. Zoom to see the rib & chicken combo with a sticker on the slaw followed by the dish with no such issue and finally the uncooked rice.

My food came out cold and my guests food had a hair in it. I asked for my meal to be reheated and my guest asked for a new meal (an option suggested by the waitress). My guests food was fine going forward but mine was still cold. I was not charged for my food and was given a dessert on the house. The waitress handled the situation well, however I would have enjoyed a hot meal.

The food was great and a reasonable price . Good portions.It was very busy on a Sat night ( 5;30) but the server did her best and we were taken care of quite well. It was our anniversary and server gave us a complimentary desert to share. We dined with one other couple. It was quite noisy and was harder to visit. That was our only dislike and why i gave only 4 stars. it may be hard to avoid.

I was at this location twice in the past two weeks and the ladies’ washroom was terrible on both occasions. The auto flush toilets are clearly not working properly 🤢 the stall I found with a functioning toilet did not have toilet paper. One of the hand soap dispensers was empty and there were no hand towels.

We were told at the beginning that our ‘large’ party required a minimum 20% tip. I agree with mandatory tipping for large parties but I’ve yet to hear that 6 was considerably large. A bit disappointed with that. We were asked to leave the table as we’d been there a while but they were very kind about, didn’t pressure us and gave us a coupon for next time. I understand that can be uncomfortable for management but it was handled very well.

Easy to use reservation routine, comfortable seating, exceptional food (filet). The only downer was there was a large group that took over any conversation I was trying to have. The noise level of that group was almost unbearable. Groups that size and or noisy should be located in a separate room. It really dampened our anniversary celebration.

Service was excellent, food was very tasty. Unfortunately the 2 draft beers ordered (Coors Light & Stella) were not very cold, expected colder from draft beer. Also, no side plates provided with our shareable appetizer (5 people at the table) . But otherwise a nice night out.

A guaranteed five-star experience! Warm and friendly treatment from entrance to your table. Servers are attentive to your needs and super helpful. Food is delicious, no matter what you try. Highly recommended.

Went there for my moms birthday with the siblings, we really liked how there was great options for halal. The food on the other hand was not as tasty as last time we went, it was crazy busy with not many staff working. Overall, I know milestone is the place to go! But wish they can keep the taste of food consistent!

The overall experience was great, steak was great found the salad and vegetable portion lacking for the cost of the dinner, understanding that cost of food is higher but salad and vegetables portions were far below what you get in other high end eateries. Thank you.

Food was great! But the washrooms were disgusting! Toilet paper everywhere, all over the floor. A path of toilet paper down the hall leading to the washrooms, which remained there for at least an hour.
