   Service was excellent, food was very tasty. Unfortunately the 2 draft beers ordered (Coors Light & Stella) were not very cold, expected colder from draft beer. Also, no side plates provided with our shareable appetizer (5 people at the table) . But otherwise a nice night out.

   A guaranteed five-star experience! Warm and friendly treatment from entrance to your table. Servers are attentive to your needs and super helpful. Food is delicious, no matter what you try. Highly recommended.

   As a vegan diner I found the options very limited Even the veggie burger wasn’t vegan There used to be more vegan items on the menu but sadly they’ve been discontinued The staff were great but I won’t go back because of the menu

   Went there for my moms birthday with the siblings, we really liked how there was great options for halal. The food on the other hand was not as tasty as last time we went, it was crazy busy with not many staff working. Overall, I know milestone is the place to go! But wish they can keep the taste of food consistent!

   The overall experience was great, steak was great found the salad and vegetable portion lacking for the cost of the dinner, understanding that cost of food is higher but salad and vegetables portions were far below what you get in other high end eateries. Thank you.

   The amount of food for the price was not worth it. I left still hungry and felt rushed to finish my drink so the waitress could clear the table. There was also a strange smell inside

    Food was great! But the washrooms were disgusting! Toilet paper everywhere, all over the floor. A path of toilet paper down the hall leading to the washrooms, which remained there for at least an hour.

    The service was good, the food tasted really good too, but out of 6 plates served - 3 had semi warm/cold vegetables on the plate. One chicken dish also had a cold sauce on it. Very sad as it downgraded the food overall. I would recommend the restaurant to friends, but also would tell them to send back all the plates to the kitchen to fix this issue.

    I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day. When we arrived we were taken to a table right by the entrance door. My wife has sensitivity to cold air and breezes so I asked to be seated away from the entrance. There were many open tables that I could see that would have been suitable but I was rudely told they are all reserved and we had to sit where we were taken. Some of the tables that I wanted to move to when I arrived were still empty when we left even though the hostess told us they were overbooked. The seating was very crowded. I was physically closer to the person sitting beside me that I was to my wife who was sitting across from me at my table. The food quality wasn’t what I expect from Milestones. One meal, the meat was barely warm, the other meal it was over done. The server was efficient and did her job well. Overall it was a disappointing experience. In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    Food was poor. Vegetables were cold and chicken was over cooked. Always have issues at this location. My son asked for med/rare steak and like shoe leather. Go to the other location not this one

    We really enjoyed our date night at Milestones. It could have been a bit less noisy. I think most people would have to agree with that. Please try to understand that not everyone is going out for the excitement of the weekend and a hockey game blasting while they have dinner. The elegant style of the restaurant doesn’t seem to match the noise level. A bit more discernment would come in handy when you seat people too. My date was obviously interested in a nice cozy quiet spot. I agreed that I didn’t want to be as close to the door either. Timely mentions of what may not be available on the menu would be a bonus too. We did enjoy our meal and each others company. I would still recommend you to friends with the few comments I have expressed here. I realize the current situation for all restaurants and sympathize with your efforts. Thank you.

    While we had a reservation, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get seated. From there, everything was excellent. Our server was amazing.

    I normally love milestones Last night was supposed to be a romantic night for me and my husband. The night started with the fire alarms going off (I get this is out of anyone's control but the fact the staff wasn't properly reset it is). We ordered drinks my Ceasar was good my husband's margarita was awful. Way too sweet. Our apps were very tasty, although I would have appreciated being offered utensils to eat with. Next came out meals again we had to wait to eat them as the server who dropped them off didn't waste a moment before dropping them and taking off. My husband got our servers attention on his 4th try. I always order an ahi tuna dish when offered. This was a huge mistake, it lacked flavour I was thoroughly dissatisfied. I decided to help myself to some of my husband's portobello mushroom and pesto pasta dish. All I can say is I'm no chef the furthest thing from it. I could have done much better it had no flavour. I wanted to order dessert but my husband felt it would've been another disappointment. So I left and got a Starbucks. I literally brought my entire tuna bowl home for my dogs. Literally waste of money and time and sad as between our schedules we don't get many date nights

    Food was excellent, service was okay...but my complaint was the fire alarm went off, false alarm...it took over 20 minutes to stop the alarm. They where also behind on the cutlery rolls. I was given a loose fork and paper napkins for my appetizer before they where able to provide a proper napkin with fork and knife.

    Made a reservation for 4, they could barely find a table … every table that we felt was suitable was reserved!! What about our reserved table… where did it go?? Our waitress was pleasant enough but a little scattered , it was quite busy though so we ignored this. When the bills came, she had our friends drinks on ours, and on our guests bills had errors also. She had to change them 3 times. To top the night off, the fire alarm went off, false alarm but took forever to have the fire alarm turned off, approx 15 mins., plus a waitress tripped and dropped her tray, crash!!! My husband was the only person to ask if she was alright, all in all not a very pleasant ambiance.. lol… but food was good

    Myself and my date have been to this location many times in the past and it has been consistently good, but this visit was not their best performance. Service was sluggish. We waited about 5 min before our existence was even acknowledged and probably another 5 min before our actual drink and appetizer order was taken. Our meal order wasn't taken until our appetizers were done and nobody checked in on us. No biggie as we weren't in a rush. First big issue arose when our entre orders arrived and mine wasn't even what I ordered. Again, good thing we weren't in a rush. They took both meals away. Manager popped by to apologize. Prepared us new meals. Mine had the wrong side. My date ordered the portobello chicken which came with hardly any sauce and the chicken was over cooked. Told waiter and he came back with extra sauce and the fixed my side. Look milestones I understand that mistakes happen. Orders get messed up. But you damned well should make sure you get it 100% right when the food is coming back a 2nd time. I spent many of my formative years working in a restaurant. In the end they promo'd my meal but never did see that manager again after the 1st mistake. Not your best night milestones not impressed overall.

    Some servers had booked off but our server, Mike, demonstrated how an experienced server finds a way. He had help from other staff, who were as equally enthusiastic in handling the extra workload. This is not our first fine meal at Milestones, London South and it has always been a good experience.

    Went for brunch and menu was good overall. Food tasted good but it wasn’t very hot. Room temperature really even the bacon. Service was great and I’ve had breakfast there before and it was good.
