Honestly some of the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Date night had a good menu, but the key lime pie was horrible. It tasted so fake and something out of a box. The appie and mains were good and worth the price based on their size. Our server has definitely never served before and it showed. Other tables were experiencing what we experienced too. Everyone was busy with the large group that was there instead of also acknowledging the other tables in the restaurant.

Our server Adam was great. Food was delicious and the restaurant was not overly crowded. We had a very good experience this time. Adam recognized that my son had a peanut allergy and was very thoughtful about it. Thank you

The dining room was empty so we got immediate service. We ordered the mushroom soup (it was ok), the salmon, and the seafood pasta. The main dishes were tasteless, absolutely zero flavour. Will not be going back.

Service was friendly and the meal was as I would come to expect at Milestones. Menu was a little pricey, but that is Whistler for you. Good comfort food on a chilly evening. Came for Happy Hour, but missed it by 15 minutes.

Disappointed in the food quality. We ordered from the date night menu, plus an appy Crispy Tempura cauliflower, which was overly sweet. WhamBam Shrimp lacked flavour on it's own, but the dipping sauce was nice & tangy; we both had Sweet Chili Bowls one with chicken, one with tofu & both didn't have the crispy wontons, the tofu dish was bland; dessert was the best item, OMG Carrot cake. The atmosphere was overly noisy, not in a good way. With other Whistler restaurants serving excellent food for the same price, we will not be returning the this Milestones' location. Our server was pleasant & provided the best service possible with limited other staff.

Waited over an hour for a food order which never came so we left. Waiter was friendly but we went to the bar to settle our drinks bill of 2 beers and the manger said “I shouldn’t have booked so many covers.” Didn’t offer our drinks for free and never apologised. Would give it a miss.

Had a family dinner out while in Whistler. Attentive staff and great food and terrific summer drink menu. Recommend for those with kids as the kids menu is a great value and good options for the lil ones.

Great location at the bottom of the Blackcomb gondola. Very noisy lively bar with sports showing in the TV’s. Service was a little slow, but to be expected in a busy sports bar in a Saturday night with a large hens party happening as well. Our poutine was a very large serving.

No soap in the women’s bathroom for the kids to wash their hands at two separate occasions during the evening. The bartenders were notified both times and bartenders laughed and said it was not their issue it’s a public restroom. Our issue was brought to the GMs attention but nothing was done. Based of of this experience we have decided that we will never go to a milestones again.

The restaurant appeared dirty and not up to Milestone's standards. Our waiter was okay but the person running the food was holding my plate of pasta with his fingers in it. The food seemed to have sat under the warmer for a while as the top layer of pasta was almost crunchy. The runner had friends next to us and visited with them and also ate some of the food from a friend at that table. Overall experience was not Milestones standard. We let the waiter know about the food and the manager gave us a token off.

A different experience from my usual Milestones at Tsawwassen Mills. My fish Tacos were cold and had too much sauce over it and super salty. Had to send it back. Changed my order to beet and goat cheese salad. It was marginally better, very sparse amount of beets, and the greens didn't seem so fresh. The steak sandwich were just slices of steak that were stir fried. Server did remove both charges on the bill. Had a comp desert for my husbands birthday which was very nice. But brought 4 spoons which were dirty and wet. Clearly not enough staff at this location and quality of food is missing. Expensive food.

I was looking forward to a steak. I was not disappointed at Milestones, the steak was cooked perfectly. My companions meals were also excellent. Service was good, our waitress was attentive. Dessert was also tasty. I would recommend Milestones with the caveat we ate early in the evening. Like so many establishments they suffer from a lack of staff, later in the evening this leads to longer waits.

Our waitress Kayla (Kaylee?) was so kind and nice. Your bartender (male) is a complete a$$ and made her cry twice while we were there. Instead of berating her, how about you help? Why didn’t you run our drinks out? The fact that I could hear you yelling at her and could hear “they are getting free drinks” is shameful and embarrassing. Where management was throughout this I don’t know. I told her to quit no one should ever be treated like that. Learn to be kind. The food was ok, but I wasn’t going to complain given the hostile atmosphere. If you are going to survive I would suggest some proper training for your staff. We visited on a Friday evening with a 6:30pm reservation. Upon entering, I noticed the Hosts appeared to be very disoriented and confused. We patiently waited, and after a couple of minutes we were shown to our table. It took a little while before our waitress came and we placed both our drinks and dinner order. The drinks took a little while to come and the food came within a reasonable time. Our waitress and food were good otherwise. We sat outside as it was a nice day, and we enjoyed the atmosphere of their outdoors dining area.

Very disappointed. The food looked tired and not appealing however it did taste ok. Dispute asking for no onions in meal - it arrived with onions. We added prawn to a salad for and extra $11 and received just three. My father used the staff toilet, as he could not tackle the stairs, and said it was filthy. I will not be going back.

My order was totally messed up the first time, so I sent it back. The second time, it had regular fries instead of the sweet potato fries that I'd ordered, but I didn't bother sending it back again. Not impressed. I would definitely not recommend Milestones Whistler to anybody.

Service horriblement long! La serveuse se foutait complètement de nous. Elle n’a jamais offert le dessert inclu dans le Kid menu. Menu incomplet par rapport au site internet. La section pasta and noodles n’est pas offert à ce restaurant.

We had a fun night at Milestones. I had booked a HighTop Table but we were seated in the main restaurant at a very nice table by the window. Our server was excellent and attentive, and the food was very enjoyable. A relaxed atmosphere for good quality comfort food. Our group had poutine, shrimp pasta, burgers, ribs, chicken and all were greatly enjoyed.

We were seated in the bar, even though we had a reservation. Not sure why they do that at this Milestone’s… I don’t love my kids sitting around drunk people and the tvs are a distraction I don’t want while dining with my family. The bartender was our server and even though he was trying his best, we were left waiting much too long for the bill and he forgot to bring out a starter salad. The menu is quite limited as well. We’re long time customers of Milestones and the quality and options are not what they used to be. Sad, because this used to be a favourite of ours.
