I would not recommend visiting this location until they have their pest issue under control. The fruit flies were so annoying we considered leaving before the meal arrived.we ordered their signature Sweat Chili Chicken bowl and was off on the taste. Ended up boxing the meal only to throw it out. Our server, Sabrina, was obnoxiously fake in her presentation and order taking that it felt condescending and rude. Staff did not care about their issue with the severe infestation of fruit flies!!! Will not return anytime soon!!

The food was very good, great choice for brunch/lunch and good prices. Server was really friendly and helpful. The seats were torn at our booth which did not give a good impression. Apart from that though, I could not fault it.

I love Milestones and have been going there for years. The fruit glues flying around needs to be addressed. This has been a thing since I’ve been going there. I believe it has something to with what your cleaning tables with. Please fix it! Thank you

The ambience was good until I saw 4 spray bottles they use to wipe tables with on a table next to the hostess booth. It is not a good look when the customer is there on date night and have to see that. I felt like I had a table in the storage room.

This restaurant does not offer enough options for vegetarian without spice. When I requested sauces, nuts, etc. be placed on the side or eliminated it was not an option. Milestone's is a lovely restaurant with nice décor and ambience, but it does not appeal to a person who is has a less spicier pallet. For what I did end up ordering the bill was quite high. Although it seems all restaurants these days are expensive.

We had the calamari + burrata as appetizers. Both delicious. Then we had the mushroom chicken with mashed potatoes and the seafood scampi - the chicken dish was outstanding, but I should have went with the ravioli instead. And for dessert, I had the dulce de Leche cheesecake - it was incredible. Shoutout to our server who was amazing start to finish.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this location & we were disappointed. Particularly with the food vs the cost. 2 salads, 1 salmon dish & an appetizer (which was not great) no alcohol $150. So not worth it. As with all restaurants the staff is working their butts off but clearly short staffed.

The food, as usual, was very tasty, however, my fries were not hot, my caesar salad was room temp and soft and my water glass was not cleaned properly. I LOVE Milestones and I am a regular but was disappointed this time. Lots of fruit flies in the area we were seated. My white wine (Chenin Blanc) was also room temp. Not sure what happened yesterday but many things seemed off.

The food was delicious. The waiter very respectful and efficient although the restaurant was very busy. In general all waiters strive to offer the very best service they can. Milestones is our favorite restaurant in Whitby.

We had Milestone gift cards to pay for our meal, but they no longer accept the gift cards. This is unethical, and should be illegal. Our waiter was good, but due to Milestones corporate changes, we will never come back.

Had the M bowl I believe it is called. It had rice in the middle and it was not fully cooked and therefore crunchy. It was honestly not good at all- maybe the spicy mushrooms were pleasant. They had one waitress for indoor and outdoor service. So we were left alone for most of the meal. We had no one to comment about the rice. When paying we had to ask another employee who was folding napkins to get the machine to pay as we noticed our waitress was busy service ing the ppl outside. Overall, not impressed with the food or the understaffed environment.

We were very disappointed in our experience at Milestones. We sat in the Dinning room and ordered off the Happy Hour menu but when our bill came we were charged regular menu pricing. The server said the Happy Hours prices are only offered if you sit in the bar though no one told us that prior. What difference does it make where you sit??? Cant believe that a company so large as Milestones could be that cheap. Incredibly disappointed that our regular go to spot could treat us this way

Great drinks menu, varied food menu, a bit expensive. For starters our server Neil suggested the Wam-Bam Shrimp, they were terrific. I had the Thai Basil noodles, they were a bit bland. A light peanut sauce with just a touch of heat. My wife had the Portobello Mushroom Chicken, it was a generous portion, again lightly seasoned. We enjoyed our meal, our server was very attentive. We were celebrating our 35th Anniversary and did specify that when I made the reservation, sadly our special occasion was not acknowledged.
