   Definitely go there for the experience and really good sushi. We got the 5 course Blue Ocean for the table. The food was amazing.

   Minami and Miku are my go to restaurants in town. The food is always amazing and the cocktails are superb! I love how safe it feels and how they have not crowded tables back in. Love it all!

   We visited whilst on holiday following a recommendation from someone in Montreal. We ordered way too much food but it was the best sushi we’ve ever had! The surf and turf rolls are absolutely amazing and the signature sushi plate is a great way to try out all of the speciality dishes! I would recommend to anyone

    Overall the food was good, but the aburi sushi is VERY different from Miku's. Being a sister restaurant I had the expectation that the aburi sushi would taste the same, but it was very different and much worse than Miku's. The aburi sushi here was very oily and there isn't enough charred flavor.

    Aiden was an absolute fantastic server! He demonstrated true hospitality and that now of days is hard to come by. As a person who has worked in the service industry for many years, Aiden blew us out of the water and delivered excellent service throughout the evening. We were travelling from Saskatchewan and looking forward to some fresh, unique sushi and seafood, your restaurant delivered!! Excellent food, ambiance & service. Everyone from the service team to the Chefs you could see the hard work they put in. Love the open concept kitchen and beautiful menu. Aiden deserves big recognition and brings a lot to the team you have at Minami. Kudos and thanks for having us!!

    Took my Mom here for lunch and the food was fantastic! Very fresh, well seasoned and the chicken lunch option was incredible value! The green tea is so good here and the service was excellent!

    It was the best sushi, worth every penny. The food was really amazing. It’s pricey but worth it. Our server was great, very knowledgeable. I also think that Minami is better than Miku, just saying.

    Visited for our anniversary dinner. Arielle, our server, was awesome and the food was amazing, particularly the Salmon Oshi Sushi. Will definitely return.

    Wonderful food, highly recommended. Hard to get reservations, but go for Happy Hour. Smaller portions which allow you to try more things. Everything was good.

    Aburi was good, everything else was average at best, and service was inattentive and disengaged. We remembered this restaurant being so much better in the past, we were quite disappointed.

    Every dish was exquisite. There was a dish for everyone including non sushi seafood eaters. My son enjoyed his ribeye and my daughter enjoyed her soba noodles while we enjoyed fresh sashimi and drinks. We would love to come back when visiting Vancouver in the future.

    Get the chef's menu to go on a journey! Loved the Sake flights too. Every bite was different with flavour and texture - was such a delight and the service was excellent.
