   My husband and I went to model milk for a date last night. We had amazing service the entire time. The ambience is perfect for a date. The menu was incredible and it was hard for us to choose, but our meal choices were exquisite. Will be back in the future and will definitely be recommending.

   We had a great experience during our very first visit. Our server Kate was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. They have a number of gluten free options so I didn't feel I was missing out. Tried oysters for my very first time and they were great! Will definitely return.

   Model Milk is a long standing favourite in our household, kids and adults alike. Menu and food quality is always consistently excellent and they have great creative cocktails. The staff are super friendly and always remember us. Five Star!

   Our first visit to Model Milk and it was fantastic. From the service to the food offerings everything was top notch! Especially enjoyed the white cheddar apple pie with vanilla ice cream. It is exceptional!

    I had a chance to eat here the first time I visited Calgary in 2018. Five years later I was back and had the chance to visit Model Milk again. The food was as amazing as it was five years ago. Well worth the trip.

    Server was quick and helpful, we were on a time crunch so she was very aware of that. The fried chicken was the winner of the night, the other food paled in comparison.

    Great restaurant and service. We had the Atlantic cod and briskets and all were amazingly done. Dessert menu is good, maybe needs some new recipes, and choice of drinks is fantastic. The place is cool and the waiters take care of you. One of the best restaurant in Calgary.

    Food overall was really good, but we did not like the burgers. Found them very greasy and hard to eat. I would go back, but only for the starters like the potato bread.

    So delicious. I've eaten at a few restaurants in the concord group and by far Model Milk's menu is the most interesting with the most complex flavours. The attention to detail and creativity is really the star. Our server was excellent, attentive and knowledgeable he really made an effort to make it a fun experience. He was specifically good at explaining the list of after dinner drinks. With his help we both got exactly what we were looking for and they paired well with desert. Would absolutely recommend to others and will be visiting again.

    Excellent service! Food was good - may have had higher expectations. Oysters - amazing. We ended up ordering two. Cocktails - great! All of the breads - great! Tare tare - Great but the sauce it came with overwhelming…. Also the amount for sharing was very small for the price. Calamari - amazing. Shimp toasties - good But all i could taste was bread. Wished the shrimp stood out more. Carrots - too much cumin. I’m not one to be picky about food but I couldn’t eat it. Fried chicken - great. Saucey and tender. Salads - WOW the balance and flavor bombs on something so simple. Both Kale and wedge.

    Such a cool spot! Food and Service was excellent. The menu items we ordered were well thought out, from the shareable dishes and cocktails (especially the Peach Cocktail - literally was like a liquid fuzzy peach) to the main course (we had the steak) and wine selection.     Such an amazing evening. We had wanted to try this restaurant for a while and will 100% be back! The server was so kind and very insightful about the menu. We were taken care of the whole night by all on staff. And appreciated the nice touch at the end because we were celebrating. Also the food and the vibe was perfection!

    Not overly impressed with model Milk though really loved Pigionhole. The mitake mushrooms were not a hit in the slightest, the fondue was off putting and definitely not good value, we finished it in 5 minutes. The beef tartare did not impress, the only saviour was the burger which I would expect for $30. The shrimp roll was also good but about the same as major Tom. I’d skip this Concorde group restaurant.
