   We tried Food brink experience 3 course menu. All foods was delicious, especially the beef was stunning! We definitely will get back to try regular menu. Server was great, really good to take care of us. I highly recommend!

   Went to try the restaurant on a taste of YYC 3 course price fix menu. Portions were small but when you are having 3 courses that is fine. If just ordering an entree it would not have been enough . My husband had trout and said it was good. The beef was flavourful but not a great cut. I could see others struggling with cutting it as well. Nice to try but their regular prices would not have us return.

   We were there for the yyc food and drink menu, food was delicious, and we ordered the potato bun , that was outstanding, perfect with the whipped butter, great atmosphere , parking available beside the restaurant that is a plus , will come back again.

    Quite the collection of offerings, not disappointed but you certainly pay for it. Lots of wine and cocktails options, not a ton on tap but good coverage of the spectrum.

    Second time back in less than 3 weeks. Hands-down amazing food at very reasonable prices, 5 star service from knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a small kitchen with a chef's table right on the line. What is not to love? Will be back again for sure.

    Model Milk is my new favourite restaurant in the city! The food options are diverse and the flavour is bold. I love the sharing aspect for the meals as well. It isn’t mandatory for the sharing approach but I find you can get more things when you share with your group. The server was super knowledgeable and he made excellent recommendations from the food to the wine. The taste of the starters, sides and mains were robust and packed with flavour but not in a way where you miss the natural flavours of the main ingredients. Everything was balanced. We had the calamari, shrimp toasties, kale salad and the sirloin. I cannot stress enough how delicious Model Milk is. The service is also the best in the city. It was the first time I had been at Model Milk in the 11 years it’s been open— and I am disappointed in myself for waiting so long. Nevertheless I will be a return customer moving forward!

    It was great, we sat at the bar and had a lovely time. Connor and Quentin were magnificent, as was the rest of the staff. Food was just so so delicious; we had the shishito peppers, oysters, calamari, beef tartare and the pork! Also can’t forget the apple pie because that was the star of the show. Highly recommend this place!

    Came for a birthday and had a wonderful time. Charred shishito & mortadella donuts as appetizers were awesome! Super tasty and beautiful presentation. For mains we had to try the fried chicken and it did not disappoint. Super tasty and juicy chicken. Perfectly cooked T-bone to follow up with nice cheesy potatoes. Strip loin side was a bit tough, filet was unbelievable though. Would come back for sure :)

    Sunday night, so fairly quiet. Servers and bus staff kept our drinks filled and dishes removed promptly. Reasonable wait for our courses. Ordered 2 apps and 2 mains and the kitchen surprised us with an extra app. Everything was good, nice presentation, unique mix of ingredients/seasonings. Will definitely return.

    Our food was great, the service friendly. But the courses came very fast (maybe only for European). Unfortunately the gallery where we had our able is very dark. Next time we ask for seating in the upper section.

    this is the third time i went here, the food is so fantastic, absolutely nothing disappoints. every new dish we had a moment of silence to take it in. i would highly recommend for any occasion. can be made fancy or more casual. this restaurant is truly one of the best i have ever been to in every single way. music is played off old records, you can watch the kitchen, it’s mainly lit through candles and the service staff are incredibly nice.

    Went for a casual date night & early celebration of Valentine’s Day. Both me and my partner were quite pleased with the ‘quality’ of the restaurant - in all facets. I had the strip loin, my partner the Cavatelli. Both dishes were fantastic! Coupled with the interior design having a tasteful balance of modern and almost Victorian era styling, a clearly well conceived table map, and active and insightful service; I can’t say there was anything to knock. Will be recommending to friends & family. Cheers! 🥂

    The food and drinks are amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the menu. The service was excellent. The entire restaurant has a very cool vibe. However, it is very loud. If going on a date request to sit upstairs. It is a little quieter at the top where we sat. Will def go back!

    The hostess was great when we arrived and sat us down promptly. After a gentleman served us water he stated our server will be there shortly, however was not. After ten minutes we had to ask to order drinks after which are server arrived and was helpful after that. Food as nor al was great and overall a nice evening.

    Overall, it was a good experience. The calamari appetizer was exceptional. We also enjoyed the mushroom and cod entrees. The drinks tasted watered down, and I could have skipped the oysters. The server had good knowledge about gluten-free but did ask if I could have soy sauce. I also felt we were upselled a little too much, and it was very loud.

    Had one night in Calgary and chose this spot for our dinner. Absolutely loved our visit with them. Service was amazing. Sheena our server was incredible. Friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Food was spot on. Steak, chicken, homemade potato bread with honey butter and shrimp toast were all very addicting. Specialty cocktails were great as well. Highly recommend. If we're ever back in Calgary we're definitely stopping by.
