My first visit and I will go back. Good food and friendly service.

Great place for a business meeting as the service is fast and the restaurant is not too noisy.

Were attending an event at Christ Church Cathedral across the street and went to Mosaic for dinner beforehand. Great food, quiet restaurant and inexpensive parking!

Great place to grab food and drinks with friends if you want to be able to chat.

Server was super friendly. Food tasted good but a bit pricy but since we went for a birthday lunch we were served with a piece of complimentary cake. Overall is a good experience!

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and we had to eat in the bar. We booked this Hotel special because for the on side Restaurant for our Business meetings. It was not the same as we expected but the food and service was good.

We had a wonderful experience at Mosaic, the quesadillas were absolutely delicious, and everyone enjoyed their entrees. The atmosphere is very classy and elegant and we had a nice window table with a view of the Xmas lights and decorations outside. The desserts were excellent, especially the ice cream sandwich! The thing that stood out the most was the friendly staff, the hostess made us feel so welcome, and our server Keegan went above and beyond to make our experience special and memorable.

Always fantastic meal. Restaurant is above any we’ve eaten at in the city. Service and quality is top level.

The Christmas dinner is fascinating. The salad and soup has its own characteristics. The fish and steak are good and pairing well with the wine. The dessert is awesome with the decoration and chocolates.

Ate at restaurant on Christmas Eve. Thought food would be a "bit comfort"
food as entree was prime rib. Was more like Asian fusion. Was about 3/8 inch thick! Soup reminded in of wonton soup. Not good match for prime rib.
Price was not a good match for what I had. Dessert could have been better.

A group of 4 of us went for a business lunch, we have all been coming to this restaurant for many years and to be blunt were not pleased with this visit. It started with the greeting kiosk not being able to find the reservation (which was on the list), followed by the servers letting us sit for 45 minutes before even asking us for our drink order, and ended with us needing to loudly summon the server in order to ask for a coffee at the end of our meal. We ended up with coffee that had been sitting on the burner long enough to impart that flavor and we were not even asked if we wanted dessert. We asked for our bill, left the coffee, and went downstairs to Grain for dessert and amazing service. The food at Mosaic was okay but honestly the service was poor and I doubt I will return - there are just too many good restaurants around this area to compare to.

The service was what I expected for a quality restaurant at the Hyatt. Our server was polite, and for the most part, attentive. The lunch menu lacked anything special that would make the Mosaic Grille stand out from other similar restaurants. The wine menu satisfactory, but per glass prices, I thought were excessive, which factored into whether I had alcoholic beverage (I did not). Finally, our table, which was at the end of restaurant, while quieter, was busy with the servers using the electronic ordering till and a bit untidy with various high chairs, etc.

Varied menu choices which makes it an excellent venue for small groups with different tastes.
Food is very good albeit not great.
Service is prompt and courteous.
Meals are always delivered promptly.

Very nice to see the vegetarian menu. We both ordered the Buddha Bowl.

The restaurant itself has a lot of ambiance, but the service staff was not very good, and the menu was very limited. Additionally 2 of the 4 of our meals was overdone and dry.

Good location. It does not play loud music so you can have a conversation without yelling. Food is good especially the specials. Price is reasonable by downtown standard.

I had reserved the restaurant but the bar was the only option on a Sunday so unfortunately not the view I had expected the place was dead but that loud for conversation.

The facility is well laid out and quite we did not have to shout Nice. I personally had Fish and chips, the batter was excessive and small amount of fish. The waiter was very accommodating.

Good food, a wonderful location at a terrific price for a downtown restaurant.

Try the chowder. The food was good and the service was prompt. Good job.

Mosaic Grille and Bar served real food and has the good old conscientious and friendly service to match. I stayed at the Hyatt in Tokyo and the Hyatt in Kyoto and they were both consistent in delivering good service. The Hyatt hotel group thought about and understood what the customers ultimately mean to their business which makes the Hyatt hotel group a good role model to the restaurants in Richmond, British Columbia.

Great food and service. I love, love, love the new plant based menu. So yummy! Centrally located in heart of downtown with easy access via the Burrard skytrain station.

I enjoyed being served with superior service! My server is helpful and attentive to my needs. I received what I have ordered. I sat in a booth with my friend close to the kitchen but I could not smell the kitchen food and could not hear the noise from the kitchen. We were able to listen to each other and chat during that lunch hour!

We are four now retired ladies who regularly celebrate our birthdays...Christmas...summer...whatever, with a lunch at Mosaic. Have been coming for years when we all worked at bmo. Staff, service, wine and food are always excellent. We particularly loved the lunch special yesterday, a Penne pasta, ordered by the 4 of us...please add this to your regular menu! See you soon!

Food is great and good value but service during lunch is always very slow and you have flag waiters all the time even for the bill

Ate here couple of years ago, at that time service was phenomenal and food was great. Came back a couple of days ago and surprising how downhill it went. I did go on a day that was busy however thought food would still be good but it was mediocre. I ordered chicken and avocado sandwich which tasted quite bland. I didn't receive complimentary bread which is a staple. Took about 15min to order and food took about 20min to arrive. There was only 2 waitresses serving an entire section, management's fault on that. I would recommend going on a quiet day. It will be awhile before I go back
