Food and service was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. We had the bbq shrimp and garlic truffle fries for an appetizer. So good! Filet, Shrimp and Grits, and jambalaya pasta as our meal. Everything was so good! Oh and I can’t forget the blood orange margarita…. Wow! Flavors of everything were on point and so were the wait staff! Felt so spoiled and so well taken care of!

Mr. B’s Bistro was excellent all around Wade and Tela were wonderful attentive wait staff! The blood orange margarita and Avita Amber were delicious. The food was divine! I had the wood fired trout and my husband had the shrimp and grits. Both choices were very tasty. You must go to this restaurant! We ate at 6pm and came back at 9pm for the bread pudding with ice cream. Everything was on point.

Started with a salad but found a hair at the bottom of the plate. Service started great but quickly deteriorated as well. After receiving our food before our cocktails we were pretty frustrated with the experience, especially for the value.

Ate here for my birthday. Was a little disappointed that there wasn’t really any acknowledgement of it being my birthday other than the host mentioning it when we checked in. Dessert on the house or something similar would have been nice. The service was impeccable and for the most part the food was good. My husband had seafood gumbo which was a little thin for his liking; although the flavor was good. His sheepshead entree was delicious. I had the Bistro Salad. They were out of the Spinach and Strawberry Salad which was my first choice. The Bar-b-que shrimp I had as my entree had a very mushy texture and no flavor. Very disappointing. When it came time for dessert again they were out of our first choice-the lemon and strawberry cake. Sensing a pattern of strawberries being the ingredient they were out of-which is odd since it is the height of strawberry season on Louisiana. We had the lemon pie instead with raspberry sauce. It was decent. Overall, a mixed experience for us.

First time there. Was highly recommended to us. Food was delicious! Service was great. Definitely need to go if you are in New Orleans. We did a paddle boat cruise and then walked there for dinner. Can’t say enough about this place!

Service and ambience remain fantastic. Gumbo was delicious. Barbecue shrimp were “meh”. Most of the shrimp were mealy like they’d been frozen, thawed, and refrozen.
