The best ambiance and evening to celebrate our anniversary. Samuel our server was amazing which truly enhanced our evening. The food was outstanding and very accommodating to food allergies. We will definitely return for the 5 course meal experience!

Déçu de la qualité générale de l’assiette pour le prix. Pain qualité pain tranché d’épicerie, cuisson du jambon discutable, viennoiseries très appréciés mais sèches et un peu plus de fruits aurait été bien. Le service et la courtoisie des employés étaient très bien par contre.

Accord mets vins ordinaire, voulait substituer le dernier accord pour un cognac, et payer la différence, on s'est fait dire qu'ils ne pouvaient pas le faire, on a payé la consommation au complet, un petit effort aurait été apprécié, pour la forme.

Delicious, creative menu with 5 star presentation. Ambiance was relaxing with views of a waterfall that has access to an outdoor patio with intimate seating situated over the falls where you can enjoy desert or end of evening beverage. It was magical. The whole Wakefield village is worth exploring. Very happy indeed.

Food was great, but the wine pairing for the Table d’hôte was poor value. Just 3 dishes and for our last course we got Prosecco because it was our anniversary which would have likely been complimentary even if we had ordered a bottle of wine. So I did not feel the value of an extra $90 for the wine pairings was worth it at all.

The food was incredible. I don’t mind the serving size as the taste was incredible. We both had the celery root soup. Most incredible soup I have ever tasted. Rack of lamb was delicious and the grilled wild mushroom was mind blowing. The dessert was good. Presentation was beautiful. But it didn’t enjoy it as much as the other courses. Wine was fantastic and Samual made the whole experience perfect!

Very disappointing The meat which was served with the eggs was over cooked and dried up. Pork and beef patty were not eatable. The croissants were old and dry. Not sure if we would return again for this kind of experience

We go here every year for our anniversary. It’s always been over priced, but the food/experience has been good for the special occasion. Price has gone up more and quality has gone down. Not very impressed this year. Food was underwhelming given the expectations. We ended up chewing on a big piece of plastic in the halibut. We presented this to the waitress, she acknowledged it, but barely even an apology. Next year we’re going somewhere else 😞

Unfortunately on the night we went there were staffing issues and the wait times were long. At least 30 mins until our order was taken and first course didn't arrive until more than an our after we were seated. Staff was apologetic. We contemplated leaving at one point. Overall food looked really well presented, but had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Flavours were not what was anticipated unfortunately. Ultimately quite expensive for the experience we had in the end. Overall a disappointing experience but we understand most of it was due to a staffing issue. Had heard good reviews previously. Would consider giving it a second chance but the cost may put us off that plan.
