Overall the experience was good. Only negative was the steak was over cooked. The staff offered to remake a new one however decided to eat it instead of waiting for a new one. They did however comp our desert to make it right. If steak was cooked properly from the start would have given it 5 stars.

This was an amazing find. The staff were wonderful, the food delicious and the ambiance perfect. We were there twice, once for a drink and once for dinner. When we were there for a drink, in the afternoon, there was a group of children that were quite loud. I love kids, but this is not the setting for them and if the parents choose to bring children, they need to make sure their behaviour is appropriate. The setting is small and intimate. Love, loved it!

For a place that ia Italian cuisine they sure don't know how to make a Caprese salad. It was dry. Needs more olive oil, Balsamic, salt, pepper and basil. I've been to Italy and had the best. I know this isn't Italy but i expected more from Panorama!! Our BBQ chicken pizza had undercooked bacon and onions. When we notified waitress and and manager, they argued with the cook on the bacon. Never argue with a customer, especially when they have only eaten one piece and picked off all the undercooked bacon. They did refund us. This place could be 5 stars with small improvements.

Despite the dining room being packed with a golf tournament, the service was very good; timely & the food was very good. The ‘burrata bomb’ is a must have & the ‘Springs Smash Burger’, recommended by our friendly server, was an excellent choice. Will definitely be back!👌

The service was great, very friendly and accommodating. The food was definitely 5 star! I had the seafood linguine and it was amazing. The prices are reasonable for what you get. We had a great time there and will be back for sure.
