Bywater Brew Pub is a full-scale brewery, bar and restaurant serving up a unique menu of Viet/Cajun/Creole-Gastropub fare, alongside a dozen taps of house-brewed beers.Chef Anh Luu was born and raised in the Vietnamese community of New Orleans East. She honed her skills and unique style of cooking for 10 years at her Portland, OR restaurant, before returning home in 2020 to launch BBP’s food program. Our BrewMaster, Sonny Day, is brewing the tastiest craft beers in town. Our twelve taps showcase a broad range of styles: from traditional pilsners, to unique IPA's, to roasty porters, and a revolving door of seasonal brews.Our space features work from local artists, many of whose studios are located right upstairs- on the second floor of a converted historic bottling factory. Located on Royal St. @ Montegut St. in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans, we love catering to our special local community, while welcoming visitors from near and far.
