Best restaurants near me in Chatham, MA

Pate's rates among the best restaurants we have dined at here on Cape Cod. Service was excellent. The menu had a broad choice of dishes, and also offered small plates for those with light appetites. The food was well prepared and beautifully presented. My crusted, seared, Ahi Tuna was expertly cooked. I often order a similar dish at other restaurants, and Pate's prepared this item as well as the best I've had in the past. Prices are as you would expect at a fine restaurant, but they do offer a few prix-fixe selections which are good values. We will definitely visit Pate's again.

Delightful! As locals here for the first time, we had heard that it was noisy and out-of-this-world expensive. We found neither to be true. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening, the pace of service, and our server Amy was excellent.

Our New Year's Day lunch was wonderful. We were seated in the sunny front of the tavern and had the most exceptionally pleasant server. My friend's quiche and salad was described as very good and my fish and chips confirmed my choice was on-point. The french fries are the best. Only downside was, when first seated the restaurant wasn't nearly full and the noise level was very high. By the time we left, most tables were filled, so the noise was understandable at that stage. Still, this could be my new favorite eatery in Chatham.
