Best restaurants near me in Golden, CO

Lovely location and ambience with friendly staff. My wife and I both had pasta dishes and both were meh. Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti with Meatballs both tasted as if the sauce could have come from a jar and the meatballs were plain, none of it had any special flavoring, somewhat disappointing. Our companion enjoyed her meal and has been here several times before and enjoyed her entrees, perhaps other choices would be better. We'll be back to try different dishes, it's a lovely place.

Fantastic meal! I had the street corn relleno and it was the best I’ve had in CO. Light & super tasty! Service was excellent and no pressure to leave. Plus, it was quiet! Especially helpful with a hearing impairment 😊!!

We loved our experience at Babe's Tea Room. Kate was amazing! The place was super cute. We figured out at the very end of our experience that the lights being turned down would have helped the ambience. Felt like a hospital room the entire time. I hope that you decorate the back room so it feel more like the front. That's a big part of the joy. The outside patio is so cute and although the back room wasn't as cute or comfortable the chairs and tables worked out great. Our server was phenomenal. We will ask for her next time we go in! The tea sandwiches had great flavor but the bread was super dry. The pastries were yummy. The scones too were a bit dry but great flavor. The teas were amazing. Such a beautiful selection of teas. Kate was well versed in all of them and helped us navigate the menu. The room we were in was not too loud which was great because we had a small baby with us. We for sure will be coming back!!!

They accommodated our table change request when we saw it was not just a high top, but a corner table where we would have to navigate in, out, and around another table. We were very close to the buffet and the food was so good! Tyler was an excellent host and we were grateful to him and the other folks at the Bridgewater Grill team who were working on Thanksgiving.

We have been going to the Rose for years. Fantastic indoor bar area with a retractable roof. Great cocktails and beer selection. Staff is friendly and usually quick. Food is good. It’s mostly bar food, but what else would you want at a bar.
