Banff Restaurants

We were very well looked after. The prime rib was outstanding with Yorkshire pudding a treat for visiting brits marrying North America and the UK.

Lupos was the Italian restaurant of choice for us after reading all the great reviews! We were not disappointed with the quality of food. Went for the Happy Hour and one pizza was enough to serve the two of us more than adequately. Caesar salad was also very good. Happy hour cocktails on their menu were at a great price. Wait staff was awesome, friendly and very attentive. I give them a 5 star !!

We had a very pleasant meal with Caesar to start and an very good mushroom pizza! Beer and wine choices were decent!

Great restaurant thst actually has only a few bison dishes. At our table of 4, I had the bison short rib, which was outstanding. Unlike beef short ribs, very little fat but still very tender. It’s a hefty portion. My wife had the halibut with a burre blanc sauce that was similarly outstanding, not a hint of fishiness. The other couple had gnocchi and the pork chop, which they each loved. It’s a warm and attractive interior and though very busy, service was good. I would have given a 5 on value but the wine, mostly local, is overpriced. Thus is a trend among higher end restaurants but I still don’t like it. Regardless, great place!!

Excellent food and service! Wonderful staff! Can’t fault it. Would go again.
