    Another really good experience at Gauchos in Canmore. It's been a favourite of mine over the years, but I had a new customer with me this time and they were also impressed. Booking was easy, and the staff were attentive but never hassled even though we stayed longer than usual. The meat were on the mark last night and came round at a really good pace so as not to appear rushed or too far apart.

    Bella took excellent care of us ! We just stopped in for appies. The Cauliflower Bites were delicious and as good as when they were introduced years ago. The Scottish Chowder & French Onion Soups were both excellent. Very Happy to see more local Beers like Sheepdog IPA and Grizzly Paw on Tap !
