We were stuck in traffic and arrived late, but they kept the buffet going 10 minutes longer. Food was excellent, would have been 5 stars if we arrived earlier and had a full selection. But all considered it was excellent food, beautiful views and great ambiance

Jesse was an outstanding gentleman and so knowledgeable about the resort and area. We had a remarkable experience from start to finish and he ensured our allergies and celebrations were both attended to make us have a flawless experience. In addition, we so very enjoyed the greeter (don’t know her name) but she was absolutely delightful and we were lucky to see her again at breakfast the next day. Overall, the team hit it out of the park! Thank you!

We arrived at Bel Air and weren’t sure we were in the right place; even when we walked in the door of the Bistro. It comes across as a tiny coffee shop and has a dome attached with a view of the small pool. That wasn’t a problem; we just couldn’t make sense of this being such a highly rated restaurant. What a surprise that the meal we had was outstanding. The flavors were wonderful as well as the presentation and service. Favorites included the tomato-burrata salad and Salmon Wellington. Would definitely go back.
