The overall experience was great but we did miss the macaroons.

We had an exceptional time at the shore club. The floor manager was so kind to chat with me earlier in the day to accommodate seating after my husband hurt his leg and had a limited ability. The service was outstanding. Michael was knowledgeable and kind. He offered us a variety of suggestions for our meal and drinks and was very attentive. He was quick to check in with each course and helped to make the experience a truly unique one. The food was a cut above anything else available in Ottawa. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the timing of the meal was perfect. It was our first visit but we will be back. I would like to highlight the staff- the Shore Club clearly has a high standard for who they employ and all staff from hostesses, to busers, to wait staff, to management went above and beyond. Again, thank you Michael- you’re a rockstar

My experience was amazing everything was great from when i stepped in till I stepped out. We we're a party of 9 and the service was exceptional 👌

Outstanding for dinner and lunch, which we happen to have on the same day. Out waitress for lunch was absolutely outstanding and very service oriented. We were seated quickly after arrival and all food and drinks were worth the time and price. It’s hard to find places that are consistent, but Joe doesn’t disappoint. We will be back for sure.

Flavours were delicious! And the January deal was a great deal. Hope they will have more deals like this in the future.
