San Rafael Restaurants

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and shown directly to our table. Our server, Jack, was incredible and anticipated all of our needs and gave excellent recommendations on drinks and food. My husband who does not like artichokes loved the crispy artichoke starter, and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. Excellent wine choices, our entrées were beautifully done and had exceptional flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant. 

Delicious food, excellent service and wonderful atmosphere!

We came here to celebrate my dad’s 82nd birthday and sat on the covered patio. We've always had a great experience here, which is why we chose it for this special occasion. We started with a Spanish sparkling bottle for the table — a lovely way to kick things off. The wine list is excellent, with a thoughtful selection of French, Spanish, and Italian wines, as well as some standout bottles from Napa and Sonoma. The lemon pizza is a must-have — flavorful, unique, and perfect for sharing. I tried the poached chicken salad for the first time and it’s my new favorite: delicious, satisfying, and a complete meal with a generous portion of tasty protein. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was surprisingly flavorful, with capers, nuts, and peppers adding a great mix of textures and taste. The cheese platter is always a reliable and shareable choice, and our two steak orders were both cooked beautifully. Service was attentive and welcoming from start to finish. This place definitely remains one of our go-to spots whenever we're in Larkspur.

My husband and I love Marche. The food, service and ambiance are always 10/10. We went last night and were able to get a reservation at 6:15 on their outdoor patio. They start the meal with delicious bread for the table. We shared a salad and then got the orecheitti and trout on a bed of seasonal trout and finished with an ice cream sundae. Everything was amazing. Such a special, charming place with consistently great food!

This restaurant does not use OpenTable - even though I made a reservation. Anyway, they had plenty of seating and the meal was awesome. Great Moley!
