See what locals rave about in Yonge and Dundas
- LLisaToronto / Ontario •1 review4.0Dined 1 day agoWe asked for a nice comfy booth at 345pm on Easter Sunday and got one but it was not a window seat unfortunately. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that happy hour specials were available on Weekends and holidays! I had ordered a 6 oz white wine that was listed for only 6$ and was delighted to be served a full 9 Oz glass by the bartender at no extra charge, my friend too, for the red wine she had ordered got 9 oz for price of 6 oz. However the piece of salmon she ordered tasted "off" so she sent it back and ordered chicken instead, to eat with her salad. I had ordered steak frites and was delighted I could substitute California salad instead of fries as I am on Weight Watchers. The salad was beautiful, very gourmet, but the steak was a small portion, already sliced and not very hot. Also, it was served atop a plate full of sauce which I didn't expect or want. I removed the slices from the plate and placed them on a fresh clean plate. I had little bits of sauce which seemed quite tasty but felt it should not have been served that way without warning lol!!! In any case, due to these mistakes my friend and I received nice discounts on our meals. I got 12$off which was the equivalent to half price for my entree and the wine was already on special. My friend got an even bigger discount. Her 46$ bill was reduced to 19$ including tax, and we added on a $7.50 tip, over 18% on her bill. Ty Milestone's. (We came here after a theater outing and we always have a good time here with special friends when we come. It's great that it's a short walk from both the subway as well as the CAA Ed mirvish theater too.)More infoMilestones Grill + Bar - Eaton CentrePrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Yonge and Dundas•4.1
