However, we found the carvery process a bit unclear; we were not adequately informed about what to do. Additionally, while there was live music, I felt it was a bit too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. The staff at Bohemia couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, they made the evening. If you get that chance do the chefs table. Food was amazing and we had six empty plates with every course.
