- EBElizabethBWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis is a very nice place for fine dining in a casual friendly atmosphere. The servers are attentive and super nice. We had a group of 5 for lunch and all of our starters, main courses, and desserts were wonderful. Excellent preparation and great presentation as well. For evening, the large bar area is welcoming, a great place to socialize. The dining area is large, elegant but not too formal. It has a very comfortable atmosphere.More infoBistro 11Price: Moderate• Contemporary American• Hagerstown•4.7
