Old San Juan Restaurants

This was a great surprise to find in Old San Juan . We were craving Japanese and found it…..it was outstanding. The duck gyoza ,never had anything like it. The dessert we had which was the apple miso cobbler was outstanding. The service exceptional Everyone was super especially our server Alejandro. This is a super place if you want Japanese with a Latin fusion . I can’t wait to go back. Thank you……

I agree with the other reviewers. The mussels and sauce was excellent. The beef filet was cooked to perfection with delicious potatoes and cleverly served vegetables on the side. I enjoyed the beef bourguignon which surpassed the dish my mom used to make. We topped it off with creamy, wonderful crème brûlée. But the star of the evening was the kind, attentive staff. Thank you so much for making my wife’s birthday memorable!

The food was phenomenal! I absolutely adored the octopus risotto and my partner talked about the steak the next night. Loved eating outdoors under the large umbrella, even while raining, because it added to the peaceful ambiance.

We visited on New Year’s day and had a curated 5 course meal. The food and presentation was fantastic. Have heard stories of 2-3hr wait time. We had a reservation and walked straight into our table. Dinner took almost 3 hours but we loved every minute of it. If we come back to PR, we will be back. Definitely recommending this.
