   Since 2009, The Chef’s Table has been a destination for authentic fine Italian cuisine, paired with warm, professional service.
   In 2019, owner Carra Crehan welcomed Executive Chef Paolo Ferretti from Senigallia, Italy; under an O-1 visa, granted only to individuals with extraordinary ability. His culinary artistry is evident in every dish.
   With 52 seats inside & 20 seats on the covered patio, our intimate space blends understated elegance with a sense of home. In the heart of our main dining room is a beloved family heirloom: a large table that seats six, inviting guests to gather, connect, and savor each moment.
   With an extensive wine list, ala carte dining, multiple Preset & Tasting Menus, The Chef's Table is not to be missed.

   Chef Michele Jones is a 3rd generation restauranteur and takes great pride in her dishes. She grew up in her family’s restaurant and followed in her parents and grandparent’s footsteps. Now, her children work alongside her in the restaurant, primed and ready to follow in their parent’s steps.

   Michele’s business success has been balanced with a rich family life and a very generous community spirit. Active in her children’s school and sporting events, she lends out her free time to the community when she’s able, and enjoys all of what the Treasure Coast has to offer.

Elizabeth et moi avons été très heureux d'ouvrir notre restaurant dans le centre-ville de Stuart. Après des années passées à visiter nos parents, nos cœurs nous ont amenés à revenir ici chaque fois que nous avons considéré un emplacement différent. Notre fils Taylor (le chef de cuisine) et moi avons tous deux une éducation culinaire et tous les trois, nous sommes extrêmement passionnés par la bonne nourriture, les boissons de qualité et l'hospitalité. Nous aimons réellement prendre grand soin de nos clients. « The Gafford » tire son nom de mes grands-parents qui nous ont appris à profiter de la vie, à avoir du plaisir et à rire (surtout de nous-mêmes). Mon grand-père était dans l'armée de l'air et dans le secteur de l'hospitalité toute sa vie et il m'a beaucoup appris au sujet des affaires, de la cuisine et de l'hospitalité. Je me souviens quand j'étais jeune et que j'allais rendre visite à mes grands-parents à leur ferme. Mon grand-père me montrait comment utiliser un gril. Mon plat préféré à cuisiner avec lui était un énorme bifteck de faux-filet. Sur notre menu, c'est notre plat fétiche et il s'appelle le « Gafford ». Bienvenue au Gafford où la désinvolture rencontre le haut de gamme.
