Second time here and all of us enjoyed it. Everything from the Smoke Salmon Benedict to the home fries are great.

Went on a Saturday night for a birthday. We were running a little late for our reservation and tried to call multiple times but there was no answer to the call. When we arrived there was a little bit of a wait (most likely due to us being late) but they were still able to seat us fairly quickly. The energy was also very good from when you initially walked in! The live DJ was playing good music that wasn’t too loud. And staff at the front were kind and smiling. Things we ordered did have a little bit of a wait but that’s to be expected when a place is that busy and nothing ever took an egregious amount of time. There were also no issues with any of the food so the wait was worth it. A special shoutout to our server Mary! She was so so sweet and was checking in and laughing with us all evening. Would recommend her 100%.

We showed up before an event at Scotia Plaza and had to eat reasonably quickly. A happy engaging waiter showed us the fresh fish and gave us enthusiastic opinion which was consistent with the food. The food was delicious. The service was prompt and polite. The staff communicated with each other. We made our event in plenty of time. We paid a lot of money for a nice meal. We felt like we had a special night.

I recently visited Daphne for the second time, and celebrated by birthday. One key factor for me recommending this spot and for me coming back time after time is the consistency. The food, service, ambiance and vibe is my type. An elegant intimate space that is not too crowded but spacious enough to accommodate the ideal amount of guests to help curate a beautiful and memorable experience. It's also no huge surprise that I've gravitate to this spot as Daphne is managed under the same umbrella as some of my other favourites - Bisha, Oliver Bonicini and Sofia. Once again, the consistency is on point.
